    Try out this guided meditation to help release stagnant energy and bring some flow to your life.
    Starting as a Mindful Movement Meditation, we gently move each part of the body to encourage blood flow. We then take our awareness to our energetic body and imagine that our body is liquid - free flowing. Not only does this help to release stuck energy in the body but it also helps to slow down the mind and de-clutter thoughts.
