Mistake number one is not removing them and tossing them in the garbage. These are the #1 turd in the punchbowl of all things cycling. Completely unnecessary problem. These are not on my European cars, they are not on my lawnmower, they were not on anybody's bikes when I was growing up AND they hold air about as well as a paper towel does. What exact problem did these little pieces of junk solve?
@@skeptic10 I realized that I had ridden bikes for many years before I bought a bike with these sh*t valves. After the hassle of these things and the lack of time to deal with them, I really just stopped riding bikes. Now I've sold the bike and I'm more happy about just having the extra storage space. So thanks "Presta". Good job.
This is fantastic. I learned that our problem today is that the valve was pushed in too far (below the frame), so there wasn’t enough valve available for a connection. Pair of needle nose pliers handled it.
@@davidschlessinger9945 Based on my observations, Italians either get it perfect or totally mess up. Just like their expensive cars and less expensive cars lol.
Life saver

Man, I hate the presta valves.
@@mattro4902 Gotta figure them out.
@IvansBikesBmws I am looking into changing them out to regular valves. Thanks for the vid, though.
