No they were doing favoritism not redemption. But they were ignoring their son because of his severe skin condition eczema. Not only they abandoned and neglected him but they left him at his grandparents house. Seriously? Unbelievable and disgusting.
Eczema is curable it isn't contagious and not a disease I don't know why his family would think so the way they were treating him as a person who had a contagious disease at least they made the right decision to let him live with his grandparents who treated like a human being and had taken him to the doctor to get treatment for his eczema unlike his cruel stingy parents who should've took him to the doctor in the first place at least he would have been cured.

As an adult when I get flare ups I hated the looks people would give me. Stress really made things worse. It’s NOT CONTAGIOUS!
