The only thing they won’t do that they do to fathers is they won’t suspend her license or put leans on any property/ collateral. I've seen this same judge make several men that had custody pay the mother child support. I've also seen him make the father give the child to the mother so that he would have to pay her child support. it's not just the women, it's the courts. also I've heard them tell women that didn't want to pay their child support to file for hardship so she wouldn't have to pay. the courts actually go more after the men, not who has the most custody. they go after who they know will actually pay and they know most women won't do so. the courts get a percentage of that money. that's how the pay for their vacation time and retirement. look it up

Child support is bullshit either way most of the time. if the mother or father has the child 5 or more days a week I understand paying child support but you have situations where the mother will have the child 4 days and the father has the child 3 days and because of that one day discrepancy you have to pay for your own household and hers

No, girls do that. I fought hard to make sure my ex and I had equal time and no support ordered. I'm in a mothers state. I could have walked into any court and got primary physical and legal custody and all the CS I wanted but that wasn't what was best for our son. It was pd to the court each fri. Now my mother is an entitled unkind woman who treated me badly! My dad and I were inseparable until she figured out it hurt us and she did that. I ran away to my dad and he didn’t owe child support for me just his son then! She didn’t pay my dad support and even after she took him back to court over $200 dollars for months he supposedly hadn’t paid! She lost that case but still didn’t pay for me!
My parents are still fighting over £150. I turned 18 almost 21yrs ago. I'm NC with them both as the drama is exhausting and pathetic

Ever notice how when the father owes child support, they usually cede to the court's and AG office's wishes, but when the mother is asked to pay, there are always a number of reasons why she didn't, or can't, or won't pay? A woman's kryptonite is accountability, and she seems like the type of woman who is totally put off and annoyed that she should have to pay ANY child support to a man. Funny how equality works. She would likely be after her ex if he owed child support or spousal support, but now that she is the one who owes, it is all about excuses.
Suspend her license, hunting, fishing and drivers license,give her a level 5 felony,a warrant for her arrest,3 yrs supervised probation and pay $4000 for probation,court and maintenance fees. Indiana did it to me for $2,500 arrears. Ordered me to pay $998 a month for one child while I was in the army and deployed to iraq. I came home,got my dd214 and honorable discharge and didn't make half the money i did. I petetioned the court to have my support lowered and they kept denying it. So i paid half every month and couldn't pay all of it. Lost my car. Was repoed cause I paid support instead of car payment. Lost my house and had to move in with my elderly father. Over time the unpaid amount equalled to $2500. So they came for me and ruined my life. I can't get suitable employment now due to that felony. My daughter was 22yrs old, dropped out of school at 17 and had two kids of her own and didn't live with her mother. Indiana doesn't care. They are pro mother only.

I co own my childhood home through inheritance, the family member I co own with is a but crazy and we cannot co-habitate peacefully.
She lives in the house while I do not.
The law states she owes me 1/2 a month's rent for the house if I cannot peacefully and fully enjoy my home.......I am fully capable of living a complete life without my childhood home and without financial compensation from the Co Owner/family member.
What would taking her to court for a monthly payment do besides further sour our already dysfunctional relationship as well as cause me more pain and grief?
If I were to collect $700/month from that family member through the court system.......I would be constantly harassed and bothered, and possibly dragged in and out of court because the co owner can ask for a modification at any time.
For us Men, it's best for our well being to completely sever ourselves from what is bad for us.

This happens a lot . If parents call and give this info to the AG’s office, why doesn’t the AG’s office tell the parents they will have to make a motion for a modification of support to the court, themselves? It’s happened enough that I no longer assume parents are lying about calling the AG’s office.
Even though this happens a lot. They need to know that people that answer the office cannot give out legal advice. Unless it's you file a motion, Unfortunately she didn't have any records in legal terms. It's unfortunate but she would have to pay. She can file motion now to stop the payments before.It reaches up to an amount that you can't pay and she may end up in jail because of it.

It’s not necessarily the judges in these cases it’s the ancient laws that are still in place that heavily favor the mother. Judges have to enforce the law no matter what it says. That can sometimes make it look like the judge has bias and sometimes they do but also at times it’s the actual law that is biased.

The judge is giving legal advise when talking about her calling the AG office and telling them their son lived with her. The judge is telling her that the AG office is not the court and other info to mom but that is legal advise. If she was in the wrong with that the judge should just have let her make her statements be as stated by her in her sworn testimony He is telling her what she should have done. That is legal advise.

Collecting child support in Texas is a whole different ballgame. My wife's ex owed thousands for years on one child. The state even gave him a discount to encourage to pay and he still didn't. Too bad that grocery stores, clothing stores, extracurricular activities didn't give us a discount. He finally paid everything that he owed - $30K after my stepson graduated high school.
