    This is one of the worse judges in the system in TX. So, another BMT thinks she knows what this father makes, and again this BMT knows nothing. Yep, supervised visits, this is a control factor of the BMT. They love the control of supervised visits. 6 months is a joke, and now she wants 8 months, this is to max out child support since this father will have no overnight visits.
    You have known him enough to make a baby. So now it matters to you to be a "private"... lol Well if you don't let him know your number or his address how is he supposed to contact you or the child. Sounds like Parental Alienation to me on the BMT sides. So, she has no actual knowledge except here say.
    This is all for the BMT, she does not care about the child only about the $$. Nope it does not require a private insurer. She is again looking to live off of this guy. He needs to get an attorney.
    Funny how the state goes after the father on all about work and such, but again not the mom. Shows how bias the system is. So the BMT is telling more BS, and again no proof. The court/state is so hard up on money they are looking for everything for a bit more money.
    Again, the rudest and most bias commissioners in the system in Texas. Again judge you and your personal opinion does not matter, and you need to stay on the case, and keep your personal opinions to yourself.
    Dad, get an attorney, to keep this judge in his place.

    Why would this judge throw in the comment that he thinks the dad makes more than he says. He wasn’t given a single shred of evidence to make that comment but chose to inject his flawed belief into this case. This is why change needs to happen. This judge is very nasty, he is the same one a few weeks back that gleefully added on interest to back child support just to make it harder on the dad. The judge should have asked why she waited so long to take him to court . She is in court with his financial information and saying he has other kids but then says she doesn't know him. So what if his parents have money? It's not his money. His parents are not going to give him more of it because he has some women pregnant.

    • @starshine3588
      @starshine3588 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +11

      Many states charge interest on child support when child support hasn’t been paid….that is a written law in some states….a judge doesn’t just make that decision on his own. For example…Texas is one of those states that charge interest and Florida has never charged interest in the cases I’ve dealt with personally. But yes…I completely agree with you that the judge shouldn’t have even made the statement about the dad making more when he doesn’t even have any proof he makes more and the woman was just making up things out of her head thinking the court would automatically take her word for it. And you’re right….his parent’s business isn’t his business….even though they might pass it down to him in the future….it’s still not his now. And this woman could have easily had this man’s rights terminated….since he’s never been in the child’s life and since she really doesn’t want him being in the child’s life….but instead she went after him for money because she thought he made 200K. This man wasn’t even going to seek visiting the child….he didn’t seem to care one way or the other….but she had to go after his money and now she has to allow visitation….she should have just left it alone….but she saw $$.

      @@momsterzz because they often need special clothes and adaptive equipment. They potty train later, so diapers for longer. We spend a couple of hundred dollars a month on my granddaughter just to keep her safe. She can pretty much get through any lock or other device within days. We had to get an industrial strap and padlock to keep her out of the refrigerator because she dumps food on the floor if she gets in. Right now keyed devices seem to be doing the trick. She wakes up in the middle of the night and has gone out the doors despite slide locks at the top. We had to put in a 6 foot tall fence in the backyard with locks on the outside. She just figures everything out quickly. She is just starting to become verbal at 5 years old and is starting to interact a little bit with people. We got her a black out sensory tent to sleep in which is helping. You can tell her no or redirect her all you want. She will repeat it back, but otherwise goes on doing what she wants. The autism team has told us that when or if she becomes more verbally interactive it will be easier, but in the meantime focus on keeping her safe. She is starting to make some eye contact, so that is helpful. Every time we find solutions she does something new. She taught herself to read by watching videos a couple of years ago and at 18 months could count to 100. You can't hire a regular babysitter because of her needs, use regular child safety devices, get her hair cut, turn your back on her, feed her what everyone else is eating due to sensory issues, expect her to play with other children and countless other things. On the other hand, so is adorable and very loved. She is so smart and unique. We are committed to help her be as functional as possible.
