I really like the story of Morrowind. The main villain was once your best friend and that is unique in TES stories/main quest and I find it sad but really good writing because it makes everything so much more personal imo

Honestly I love the aesthetic, lore and story of the game but the combat kills it for me

The plot of Morrowind is way more heartbreaking when you realize that Nerevar and Voryn Dagoth propably used to be lovers once.(The Wise Women,Voryn's servants and the first disturbing dream describe him as a lover. Even during the fight with him he calls you "sweet Nerevar")
Imagine being Voryn.
You wait countless ages,rotting in abandoned ruins as the Heart of the world slowly devours your sanity while you wait for the man you loved and trusted to return to you. Then,he comes back to you. Finally,after all these years of separation you at last get to look into your beloved eyes,and then you get killed by him. You realize he never remembered the time you spent together in eachothers arms,the only thing that he knows about you in this life,is that you are a monster.
Well, I mean Dagoth himself regards it as a "friendship" i wouldn't go further than that.

Morrowind was such a Journey, i finished main quest after 100 hours, im so happy i kept playing despite the errors in found, i had to learn how to use the console commands to finish some quests that were bugged. This is the best role-playing game i have ever played yet i wouldn't recomend 😅

I played TES 4 and 5, started playing TESO and became interested in Morrowind story. Thanks for saving me a lot of time. Great video!
Amazing. Thank you for making this video. I love this game but could never finish it as I was too young back then to really understand it. Thanks for helping me complete this small quest from my childhood.
This is really really well done, my only disappointment is you didn't put the voice lines from Dagoth Ur in here haha. I absolutely love the story of Morrowind so tried playing the game awhile back but it has not aged well for me at all, so being able to listen to other people talk about it is fitting until Skywind is released at some point. I appreciate the work that went into this!
Frankly it's not the story but the cozyness the game creates with environment that makes me return.. nowadays moded or not.
