- In this video I will go through the process of flashing the Gigabyte GC-Titan Ridge Thunderbolt 3 card. My intent is for it to be used in a Hackintosh but will work in a Mac Pro as well. Process is similar when flashing the Alpine Ridge 2.0 Gigabyte Thunderbolt Card as well.
What you need:
CH341A USB PROGRAMMER..

Gigabyte Titan Ridge 1.0 or 2.0 Thunderbolt Card or Alpine Ridge
Screw Driver to dissemble Thunderbolt Card
Jumper Cables (Optional)(Female to Female)

Thanks for uploading this super helpful video. Do you by any chance know if this card will still work with Windows after flashing it? I plan to use it to run Apple Thunderbolt displays on a Mac Pro 5,1 that I dual boot with opencore.
No, once you flash it, itll only work on macos due to the flash. I actually disabled it under windows bc i believe it was prolonging my windows boot. Thanks for watching!

Hi.. uhm.. so I have a Gigabyte B550 motherboard... what bios do I need to make this card work? I bought one flashed, because theyre ALL flashes, and need it for windows 10... not a hackintosh..
If its flashed then its not gonna work on windows. You'll need to flash it back with its original firmware to get it to work in windows. Thanks for watching!
