Lyme Park parkrun: beautiful, hilly 5k run, 17/08/2024

This is Lyme Park parkrun in Cheshire
A beautiful location and a great, hilly run.
I'm not sure what position I finished as he results are not out yet, but I finished in about 24:40, which makes this my slowest ever parkrun!
Not surprising considering the hills, and the surface. Worried about breaking an ankle on those downhills.
A really, really beautiful parkrun anyway, and recommended to anyone (unless you really hate hills).

@sertyuik It's close with Watergrove, but I think this one is maybe tougher.

Hey mate, great video. What camera are you using? Does it feel heavy on your head?

@pikachu-ww2ym I'm using the insta360 go 3. It's good because you can remove the camera from the pod and it's light. It only has about 30 minutes battery that way, but that's fine for parkrun.
