Yay, thank you very much. I have the exact same one and had gotten it last year, but hadn’t used it yet. I’m going to make some Apple fritter-ish donuts today. Someone sent me a lovely mix that I don’t intend to fry. Thank you for showing me how to do it so I can make them with less calories. Have a great day!🍩🍩
Oh! I'm super interested to hear how the apple fritter-ish donuts turned out! Also, so happy you found the video interesting and if you ever have any questions, I'm always happy to help 🤗
Hello friend! As expected, your doughnut recipe looks so delicious today!!!! Thank you so much for always sharing delicious recipes! I'm learning your recipe so well today! I'll look forward to your good videos! Have a nice day!
I have some similar molds that came in a baking set. I've been wondering how to use these....so thank you! I'll definitely be making this recipe. Can't wait for my chocolate donuts 🤗👌
What other molds do you have? Happy I was able to give you a tasty recipe! If you like, I would love to see how they go! You can tag me on Instagram @melissas.little.baking.company 💗🤗
omg..when I first looked at the picture and the title....I thought there were molds on the donuts...I didn't😁 see that she's actually holding a pink mold
I have not! But it looks super delightful and like something I would be interested in trying! So happy you bought the molds! Would love to hear what kind of doughnuts you end up making. I'll have to try out some vegan recipes too 🤗🤤
Only had muffin trays but still came out really nice. Will be getting some donut moulds to make some cinnamon donuts for brunches. Do you know how to store these and how long they will last?
I'm always surprised with how things turn out using a silicon mold 😊. And they are super handy! You can keep the baked donuts stored at room temperature for about 5 days in an airtight container or about a week in the fridge in an airtight container. I wouldn't keep them longer than that though. Let me know how the cinnamon ones turn out! That sounds delightful and absolutely perfect for Fall 😍
Hello Grace! I believe you could use a regular cupcake recipe. I would just make sure you don't over fill them too much because they will expand. So happy you enjoyed the video too! 💕 Let me know if there is anything you ever want me to test out and I would be happy to help ;)
Sometimes, it depends on what you are baking. My go-tos include using butter while it is soft and buttering the entire thing very well. I also love a coconut oil and flour mixture. I've never had problems with sticking when using this mixture in any form. I personally don't have a specific recipe I follow. Instead, what I do, I melt some coconut oil (about 1/2 cup so that I can just store the remaining in a gloss jar for other bakes) and then once melted I'll add flour until it starts to thicken - like a paste). If you notice that it is really soft when using it, just add more flour. I've found other recipes that use shortening and vegetable oil. It is 1 part flour, 1 part vegetable oil, and 1 part shortening. So, you can always try this as well and it should work the same way 😊. Hopefully this is helpful!
(Primeiro, desculpe se isso é um pouco incorreto, estou usando o google tradutor 😉) Mas, estou tão feliz que você comprou e espero que tenha gostado dos donuts!
Hello there! So happy you enjoyed the recipe. I'm sorry it took me a moment to get back to you... However, hopefully I got to you before you baked the doughnuts 😉If you take the cocoa powder out, I would add a little more flour to the recipe. This would replace that dry ingredient, so you recipe does not become to liquid. Also, if you want to add in vanilla sugar instead of vanilla extract, you could do that, or you can add vanilla paste. Either would work 🤗. I hope that is helpful! I would love to know how they turn out 😊
I tried cooking using a silicone mold but it broke when I tried taking it out of the mould and I have no idea what I did wrong does anyone have any idea?
There is a possibility that the silicone mold might of had a rip already or like a micro rip and that might of been what happened. I've not had that problem before, but it can happen that you just ended up having one that was already damaged or it just got stretched too far. Those are the only two things I could think about... I'm super sorry that happened though!
I have not tried that, but I actually think you could. What I would do is make your brownie mixture just like you would, fill the mold about 3/4 full and then baking it for about 2/3 of the time, but keeping a close eye on them. Stick a toothpick in them to make sure they are baked through. And if there are not done, just add a few more minutes until the are baked! Let me know how it goes!! 🤗
I bought the same molds and they most certainly do stick! Also, they are small in size! I can't imagine how small the mini size are! Removing them isn't fun! Be extremely careful when removing or else they will break! Allow them to thoroughly cool then press down on the middle to listen it. I'm actually returning these and buying the metal ones! These flimsy silicone molds are a headache! 👎👎
Hello there! I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience with these. I have not used any silicone molds much smaller yet, other than making butter molds. However, I noticed when I'm using silicone molds, I still have to butter or grease my molds really really well. Especially when I'm using a sticky dough. I'm sure the metal ones are super nice. Let me know how you like them and maybe I'll do a side-by-side testing with them too 🤗 Good luck on your future doughnuts and thank you for your thoughts! 😊

I just bought two of these for trying vegan doughnuts. Thanks for the demo! Have you ever tried a Yonanas machine?
I have not! But it looks super delightful and like something I would be interested in trying!

I have the yonana and it's pretty cool. The only issue I have is making sure my bananas are like almost over ripe to create a great flavor
Very very late, but thank you for this video! Exactly what I was looking for
Never late! Just perfect timing for you 😊.

Mine stuck to the bottom of the silicone donut mold. Any tips for that? I did brush the molds with oil before baking.

Did you put the silicone mold right in the oven or on a baking sheet?
I put it on a baking sheet, so that way it was easier to move around
Acabei de comprar esta forminha ja assisti agora vou lá fazer....

Baked donut on one side and muffin with a hole in the middle for a little jam or cream on the other. Something for Everyone! : - )
Sounds like heaven to me!
Do you think cake batter would work with these molds? I wanna bake cake that looks like donuts
Most definitely! I would just prepare them and bake them for the same time as if you were baking cupcakes. 😊
@@melissas_cozy_cornerthank you so much! 💓
Thank you so much for the recipe 😊, and also do you think it will work if I subtract the cocoa powder and add a tbs of vanilla sugar?

How is it different from cup cakes??
To be 100% honest, they are exactly like cupcakes, just donut shaped.

What's the diameter of your mold?
The diameter of the donuts themselves are 7.5cm or 2.95 inches.
Or are you looking for the measurements of the entire baking form?
