Hi. Would you (or anyone else reading this) be kind enough to share a quick bake thin cake batter recipe that would work well for this? Mine just aren’t working.
Putting the silicone on or in a metal cake pan does not bake evenly. Skip that step. Just be careful when handling your raw batter. The silicone becomes flimsy.
Hi Carmen, No will stick with vegetable oil. Must be high grade non stick cooking spray. Generally, the ones in cake decorating shops are suitable for cake pans and silicone moulds..
Yes you can use it just apply veg oil and the add some all purpose flour and then spread it by shaking the pan and tap of the excess it works very well
You have not moved a cake from that mold within 5-7 minutes if it coming out of the oven - you cannot hold a metal tin with your bare hand in that time - and there wasnt any steam at all coming from the cake thstbyou claim to have just taken out of the oven ... fake video

Would using alot of butter do the same to help release it? If you dont have the cooking release spray at hand?
