Thank you for support! It seems our has a technical error. Whenever i press the copy button, it looks like he produces a copy, but then only a blank sheet of paper comes out. Does anyone else have this error?

How can i do landscape or add sided by side page on one side of the paper
are there no copy settings? It always adds a border so I can't copy a simple printer paper sized page without loosing some of it. If I scan it then print I get other issues too and can't get it to come out fully.

I have changed the print cartridges and sent the command to print but there is nothing on the page.
I just bought this, do you know why the panel lights won’t light up?
The blue light is on but the information lights or copy lights are off
Once you setup the printer its ready to use, then lights will come up.
I want to just make a copy. When I hit the copy button the paper is always blank ?

I want to print photos from my computer and all the photos come out in black and white, I remove the option from "to black and white" but they keep coming out like this, what can I do?
Can you print envelopes? So far I haven’t been able to print them...
I am not sure as I never tried that. You can check with HP customer services.
Does anyone know how to scan in a document NOT on a mobile phone - just a sheet of paper with hand drawn diagram?
Is it possible to choose 600 dpi on the HP Smart mobile app? Currently it only lets me choose 300 dpi and it says if I want to scan at a higher quality I need to download the app on a Windows 10 or Mac computer but I have neither of those. I only have a HP chromebook.
It may be difficult because chromebook has its ability without app. Try using a mobile and use hp smart app in that its easy and fast.
How do I connect my printer to network?
I am following your directions for copying a black copy from my Envy 6055, but it doesn't print in black. It makes a great color copy. Any suggestions?
Not sure why, Try restart printer and see if it works.

I don't have any of those lights lighting up. All that's lit up are the wireless icon and the i icon. how do I get the print options lights to light up?
press wireless button and i button amd it will print some information. Then read that to follow any next step. It should be printed

Check the ink number inside the ink chanber door. It shows the correct number.

If you use laptop or computer then you get option to change it for black or colour just before final command in printing window. In mobile the app has limited options you may not get option there.

My scans don't print as perfect when using the app. If I use the instant scan copy button its perfect. How can I solve this issue
Did u try to reinstall the app?
It is the same even on a different hp printer and the same even if I use my laptop & hp smart ... the colour would come out different...
I have to change the colour settings manually..
For some reason when pictures are scanned through apps or devices the colour is not saved as a true copy.
I have even tried saving in diferent file formats etc..
