thanks for the help - i always feel that printers are the devils work! i finally changed my old HP which no longer connected to my old Mac (which i use still) and the scanning option wasn't available for years - so cannot locate photos which are scanned in but no longer to be found on my mac!... anyway, job done! thank you

how do we scan documents on this printer and send them to an HP computer?
FYI to Printer Insider: the word Envy is an English word "en-vee" which means you are jealous of someone/something.
How d I get back to normal print???
I did everything to clean the ink jet, it is a new one 67 for 6400 envy, placed it correctly and still get fault message
Title is a bit confusing it really more of a set-up instruction for the app and then scan. More time setting up than scanning, I have done this already (set-up and app connection), want to figure from my computer as a pdf.
Ii don't think I'm in a condition to make a decision either .....it's like your here with me

HP has become terrible -- requires app through smart phone to install the driver, then requires to log in to them to do a scan. Awful....
@@wjustice9188- it’s a crap business model to generate a cash flow. Honestly, the printers are cheap but the ink is not. Third party ink companies are trying to move in at a much cheaper cost but HP fights this. So yeah, they are becoming complete garbage. This is mainly for the cheaper home use printers

I absolutely hate this printer. I would never recommend anyone to buy this garbage. I have to manually delete this printer from my app and then “find” it every single time I want to print something.
