It says that the wifi direct has been turned off and I can't turn it back on. It always prints saying it's turned off even if I click on the button.

When i press the information button i get a black sheet of paper with just 4 icons on the lhs of the paper

When i press wifi button purple colour stuck.
No..I must connect it witc laptop or oc to fix.
ENVY 6455e is the worst printer to have even been created.

HP Tech Support is the worst. Do not buy this garbage I have been waiting for an hour with the HP Bozo's. They asked for info which I supplied and I'm on DM limbo, Manasa has left the building. Terrible cutomer service.
