    Fear actually doesn’t exist. It is a bubble created by our mind for our mind to behave in a specific way..Mind does this to keep it alive. Mind doesn’t like freedom for the soul. Soul is already free, but mind plays the games to survive and gives an impression that he doesn’t s the master by using the knowledge available with self. The only way to feel freedom is observing the thoughts or feel happy that we’re alive no matter what is happening in the outside world!! Being alive should be the biggest happiness, happiness of self, life without any expectations and conditions what we may be the situation. Then mind loses all power..and the power of self arises, you would be able to see the energy coming from self, which mind so far making you believe his own..

      Fear actually exist cause you feel it... mind is freedom but it's caught in thought by habit and wrong education.
      Thought plays the games cause we obey them we don't observe properly.

      The only cause of fear is that I “ the consciousness “ that we refer to as soul doesn’t know death because it’s alive by nature, it’s always alive

    Listening to his talks is “real”satsang (spiritual discourse) for me. I’ve been part of many other so-called satsang talks, but none of them come close to these ones. Spirituality feels real with JK with scope to directly implement it in your life right away in the current moment as opposed to others who rely on imaginative entities such as God, Karma, rituals etc.

    Beautiful speech. Against actual, concrete fear, such as a snake in front of us, or a violent stupid human being, we have to run away, with all means. But against interior fear we have to stay, and observe it: not escaping, not being conditioned. Fear is a product of time and thought, so it is inevitable in our brutal divisive society. I live in Italy, but I do not consider myself italian.

      He would not analyse them. If you continue to observe you will see unconscious fears become conscious. Through seeing those fears arise, they can dissolve, just like conscious fears. Go easy with it. Take your time. God bless

    • @srinivasarao6171
      @srinivasarao6171 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hold it completely as though it is part and parcel of your complete being. The very idea overcoming your social anxiety (or whatever it is) is already colouring your observation of it. The observation of 'what is' without any motive, direction, control, going beyond it or suppressing it --- if one approach any problem without the movement of thought as 'me' --- in this observation there is already a gathering of energy that throws light on the problem. A constant acting upon the problem is a wastage of energy. When the actor as a separate entity apart from the problem ceases to exist, then one could meet the problem anew and afresh without the interference of thought as knowledge.

    Actually, thought 💭 dictated the life and activities.and by assumption that this analysis has not an analyser. Who makes this assumption that it is not different but one movement.I mean who distinct this demarcation? J.k fails ,badly failed to awake even one mind to that level . Because,the man himself in conflicts right away from the start and after death of his only brother ,because of led better and Annie besant ,he disordered the star ⭐️ of the east organisation.and see ,this j.k thing which includes schools,books etc are organised by an organisation.. heheheh. I mean ,which I came to understand after so many listening is this .the man insisted on his own observation and discard the other men observation which is also comes from that same intelligence which is not j.k or mine or yours. And he denied God or whatever (I don’t mind it) but then says tgr same thing (eternal ,timeless etc blah blah) but didn’t used the word atma one time. See ,he said words are nothing (that’s true)but he resisted all gurus (good and bad )resisted every single person in his gathering (see,someone asks and he cut down him ) and resisted every book 📕 (have no value after you read it) and lastly the knowledge. I am not saying he hate but why this resistance .plus please leave him on road for sometime without bread or even to earn by himself .then see,what he says.I mean ,from this castle land of ojai ,we also do some this and that . The man was surely enlightened and capable to transferring this to another one but his very sayings drop all processes is also a process. And no one ☝️ single one (even pupal Jayakar got benefiting from this man )and at last she did make statements against him in general talk and what I see that pupal has more social intellect than j.k if you seriously read at his man deeply. He is the man of his own conclusions and ideas and get irritatedwhen another’s one takes lead in discussion.and at last what he said is said before thousands times here in india if not in America or Europe. But he described it in his own simply language,in today language .aside this there is no difference.

    Your analysis of fear is a waste of time. Go straight to fear's roots. The more you analyze fear, the more fear you have.
    You resist, suppress, and escape. You simply produce neurosis.
    Awaken your own Intelligence to be free of fear both consciously and unconsciously.
