- Easy Egg Muffin Recipe | Mini Vegetable Quiches Without The Crust
Quiche is a baked savory open flan/tart usually consisting of pastry crust filled with eggs, cheese, cream/milk and vegetables, meat or seafood. They can be made using any of your favorite vegetables, meats, and cheeses and you can make them for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Quiche is the ultimate crowd-pleasing menu item and it can be served hot or cold. To make quiches at home you can use premade pie crust or you can just make one on your own. But in this recipe, I've shared a very easy one that doesn't require you to make a crust also you don't have to cook any vegetables before baking, so it saves up a lot of time and make the recipe a lot easier. The best part about this recipe is they can be made in advance. As you don't need a lot of preparation to make these full of flavor tasty quiches you can make them anytime you want. You can make and store them in a bunch and you got breakfast already done for the entire weeks. They are also great to take it to your tiffin.

Gr8 recipe. If u could accept few suggestions ur videos will be gr8ter. I requested earlier too ur ingredients on screen when we take large screen option on mobile are not visible they get chopped. So better flash them side ways. Secondly dear the real music is going on in ur kitchen itself which is essence of beautiful video. Extra music kills that ongoing melody of whole process. Keep extra music low just as little salt in a dish . Music shouldn't overpower n subside that chopping, stirring, mixing, n cutlery sounds which are pure melodies within themselves. Hope u take this advice into consideration in upcoming videos. Rest is upto ur wish.
If she lives in Bangladesh, then she has to put music. Or else, honks of cars will be littered throughout the video. Also, the music is more of a personal preference. I dislike ASMR and appreciate the fact that she puts music in her videos.

my very fave crust less quiche is 'spinach ricotta caramelized onion', on a slim brioche bun with a slice of marble cheese, and crispy cauliflower bites instead of fries, I just had that, and it was so good. You need to leave the cauliflower bites until they feel crispy, so it takes a little longer, maybe an extra 12-15 min.

Your recepies are simple, worth trying and really amazing, but a lot of people like me who are calorie concious or on a diet would find these generous usage of oil butter cheese or cream etc a little intimidating. Like here the usage of heavy cream was not really necessary. Please try to make your recepies a little diet friendly so that everybody can have them guilt free.

Can I add milk instead of heavy cream?
I made this recipe today using a can of evaporated milk. It is thick milk because water is removed. 1 cup cream 821 calories. 1 cup evaporated milk 338 calories. Hope this helps you or someone else asking the same question.
