Yes Can do that! Have you ever heard of a Riv Bolt? Same as a Riv Nut but instead of a Nut it rivets a Bolt there.

I tightened it after I stopped the video. Held threads of bolt with vice grips and put a wrench on the nut

Dude 3cm below there is a bolt. Put it on there.

Obviously didn't want to double land them on the same bolt or I would've used the one 3cm below...
