@@MechanicSecrets I think i searched bolt bumper, but think I tried some thing about grill guard bumper replacement help or something along those lines. in my case in was trying to install a new grille guard so technically not a bumper, but my hand couldn't reach the bolt while trying to get it in place. I hope that helps. Thanks again as I was about to give up!
bolt fish wire, diy bolt leader, bolt feed diy, auto bolt wire fish, Those are the keywords I used. This is basically what I had in my hardware but your tricks are what got it. Very nice.

I guess you can't just buy blind hole bolts, fastenal would want you to buy 20 pounds of the things to get one
Chevy plow bolts don't fall out

No in the case of a Chevy the bolts just rot out. Not only that usually the Chevy's have large rust holes in them so you have easy access
