OMG you hit the nail on the head. I am a man. I have struggled with pelvic floor dysfunction myself and more recently IBS like symptoms where I feel the bowel movement is right there but it just wont open up and come out without a significant push. I have also had the ribbon stools because of this and also some angry hemorrhoid's. Also the frequent need to pee after a bowel movement. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder about 2 years ago and this is all something that I believe came out of that. The pelvic floor symptoms have been fueling my health anxiety because I thought something really sinister was going on with my body. I had been to doctors and they haven't found anything and just said I had prostatitis. But now after watching this I know for sure it is my pelvic floor. My question is I lift weights and workout often, can doing squats make this condition worse and should I stop doing squats completely for now? How can I workout my lower body without injuring my pelvic floor further as fitness is an important part of my life. The pelvic floor issue is the one thing I believe that is keeping me back from completely being over my anxiety disorder. Its a vicious cycle of fear. Thank you for this video it has really helped me understand what is going on.
Hey Mam You are looking so cute Actually I was scrolling on TH-cam and your video was suggested. I opened your channel. I have watched almost all the videos. I am saying with but it is my duty to tell you because I think if I edit the videos of your channel then I will also be counted among good people like you because people who watch your content also give prayers. Thanks
