Where the tunnel boring machine LYDIA ia boring 632M under ground to come out here at Old Oak Common Station.
Paddington station is closed completely from 24th - 28th December 2023. For HS2 works at Old Oak Common. So we go and check out the work being done and whilst there we get the drone over the whole HS2 site , security serve us papers !!!
Love security giving advice about laws they know nothing about. The orange jump suit of wisdom.
The poor fool hasn’t been trained properly so you can’t blame him for his ignorance. You have to give him credit cuz he really believes what he’s saying is true. Sad little immigrant. 👎🏼

People in positions of authority always think they r right
Ah he’s a div but he loves hi orange uniform so let’s leave him be 😂 no one will listen to him.
@MrAndrewFarrow I believe its called littering and he had no right to attempt to serve it as it clearly states on the land or blocking gates. Neither happened and if it had hit DJ he could have been done for assault
@@MrAndrewFarrow I bet the injunction is for a protest group not for any random person not affiliated with the group.
@MrAndrewFarrow in this case he's serving nothing . The injunction cannot be served on people not trespassing
The usual suspects yet again!!

Citizen journalism and auditing is the most important current form of keeping tabs not only on big companies but the government's activities that they keep away from public eye, yet use our money to fund. Good work DJe and all like you.
This is *FUNNY AS SHiT* serving legal papers to someone they don't know by name/address.
Still, your viewers appreciate you travelling to Kenya to bring us content. Stay safe over there, I hear they have different laws!

Because people don't want to travel on high speed trains or have more train capacity LMFAO? It's the definition of money well spent. Government diversity hires sitting in offices doing nothing are a waste of money, this is very useful and provides very good jobs.

@@dr.lexwinter8604 Also, it was proven via the Cobra Effect, also an Old English mistaken law, that got out of hand, because the locals (in India) found and abused the loophole that it created.
[quote]
During the time of colonial rule in India, the British government became concerned about the number of cobras on the loose in Delhi.
To address this, they offered a bounty for every dead cobra the residents delivered to them.
To begin with this approach worked as planned, with a large number of snakes being killed for the reward.
But enterprising locals soon realised that they could breed cobras and kill them to claim the reward too.
When the government realised that they had motivated this perverse behaviour they scrapped the bounty programme.
But with their snakes now worthless, the breeders simply set their snakes loose in town.
Which made the cobra problem in Delhi worse than ever.

"You've been served", then he chucks it on the sidewalk. That's Hilarious!

Sheer ignorance as usual from these legal titans.
Sia need to improve the training standards and improve all these security knowledge.
Face facts the way the country's going the security service will be similar to the police force in the near future.
When Rishi privatises Old Bill and grants

The injunction, obtained by HS2 in May 2023, applies only to “persons unknown entering or remaining without the consent of the claimants on, in or under the HS2 land with the effect of damaging and/or delaying and/or hindering the claimants…” It says nothing about being above the site or about drones and only applies to persons unknown who are disrupting work - ie anti-HS2 protesters.
The drone will be disrupting work, just because the sped isnt technically on the land the drone is and it’s being operated by him.
The injunction applies to "on, in or under" the land but not over the land - that is the remit of the CAA and landowners have no authority over what happens in the airspace above a site
@@melrosetait meh at the end of the day the guy is just doing it to be a knob and has no real purpose apart from trying to piss off minimum wage workers 🤦♂️
No wonder HS2 is well over budget, most of it is being spent on unnecessary security, who know nothing.

So now the imported thugs strut around on a public footpath barking orders and shouting threats .. I don't know how you have the patience to deal with them
Once the work has been completed, everything will be hidden. !!!
7 staff - prob on 25-30k, standing around doing nothing. They wonder why these big projects cost so much? there's your answer.
The overspend was mostly due to constituencies with Tory MP’s insisting on underground tunnels and nice looking fake barns hiding ventilation shafts in those areas.
I appreciate that people need a job but how do these people even qualify? The security qualifications clearly don't mean anything nor does the training they receive. It all seems pointless to me
You can hear the control it’s a foreigners the security too they are former asylum seekers or Uber delivery drivers, they work 12 hours a day seven days a week
A lot of security companies/agencies will hire certified instructors and run their own course and unofficially just give the test answers out so they can hire them. The test papers just get sent by post to the S.i.a to mark so its not regulated like they make out....somebody else could of filled my paperwork and I just add my name and they'd never know. My course wasn't like that it was run by a training provider but even then we was all sat side by side sharing answers not proper exam conditions...I could of looked up the answer to any of my questions on my phone if I really wanted to but luckily most of it is just common sense and decency... my tutor also told me the 1st thing about security is customer service your there to help not hinder unnecessarily...also just a note that the S.i.a is managed under the home office and we all know how great they are at their jobs any more than 3 passport orders and there's a back log 🤷♂️
They're given lower pass rates as it's harder to pass now, they don't even understand about trespass which is part of your training. I don't work in security anymore it's being taken over by people like the ones in the video and they're usually unprofessional, some would get changed out of their uniform, one guy left a site and left the gates wide open , and sometimes very lazy and would sleep the whole shift or on the phone the whole shift,When you realise you're working with idiots it's not a job worth staying in.
Throws the papers on the ground, and says "You've been served". Wow, incredible 🤷♂️😆
A blatant act of littering 😂
If a person refuses to take papers from a process server, dropping the papers at their feet is considered valid service (here in Canada it's literally called "drop service")
Not sure if a security guard is a legitimate process server...
If I remember correctly in the UK only impartial uninvolved party, normally a court official can serve injunction papers lawfully however there are exceptions, so the paper work they served is unlawful and probably wouldn't stand up in a court of law as enforceable!
The way he said "You've been served" and then bowed as if something magical was about to happen 😂
Has anyone ever been prosecuted for not wearing his Id badge? Probably rare or never!
fined, warned and if continue to do it, sacked yes... obviously

Off topic a bit, but you can see why the whole project is so many hundreds of £millions over budget with that workforce.

Fantastic, a beautiful snapshot of late 2023 life in this country 😩😩
It's disgusting that some of the workers don't have to wear hard hats just because of their religious head gear. In our country follow Our f*cking rules for English people.
Yes and for religious reasons Sikhs don't have to wear helmets on motorbikes.
They don’t have to. It’s not YOUR country - it’s also theirs
Section 11 & 12 of the Employment Act (UK) states that turban wearing Sikhs are exempt from wearing head protection. No other workers are exempt and as stated applies to motorbikes upto 250cc and whilst serving in armed forces or police.
Not wearing suitable headgear puts them in danger, their choice.

Perceived authority often turns into actual tyranny in situations like this 🫤

DJE is actually doing the community a favour, even us in Australia, by making it clear that people are allowed to continue to cary out a legal activity
@@philkasafir.If I did this exact video in Australia I wouldn’t be approached like this. It’s the security company who is a nuisance. People are very uptight in the UK for no reason. That’s why you don’t see Australian auditors. These paranoid people in the UK need to wake up… things like asking for people’s name and ID, and expecting people to justify their actions in public is totally absurd.. In Australia you’d more likely end up being invited to the pub for a beer between two mature men in Australia..
@@philkasafir. Yeah sure, by ignoring faux idicts and ensuring his rights are adhered to?
The laws of the UK are not the same as the laws of Australia, so you shouldn't assume the things he does in the UK would also be legal for you to do in Australia. Some of them would not be. Also, not everything he SAYS it is legal for him to do is actually legal. Just because he doesn't get arrested or fined in the video that he produces and edits doesn't mean what he does is lawful. A whole BUNCH of auditors were recently prosecuted here in the US because the police were spending months COLLECTING EVIDENCE of their illegal activities, so as to ensure the charges stuck. They were breaking laws the whole time, but cops let it happen for a while that way they could get enough evidence for a conviction.
@@ajm5007 Everything he is doing in his videos are legal in Australia. But auditors like this won’t be successful in Australia because people aren’t paranoid and unfriendly. The reason why illegal immigrants are joining security, Army and police is so when the time comes they will have no barriers when dealing with the natives.
