I tried to reset my Xbox with both options to factory default, and every time it brings me back to the troubleshooting menu

@@antoniopietropinna5914 I did and this is the method that helped me.
When xbox is on, hold down the power button for 10 seconds until xbox shuts off. Remove power plug and hold down the power button again for 10 seconds. This removes any excess power from the console. After plugging it back in follow these next instructions carefully: Hold down the find controller button, the eject button and the power button(all on the front of the xbox) until xbox light turns on. Then remove the power button while keeping the other two held down. This will bring up the troubleshoot menu. Then choose reset console but choose keep games. This reset takes about 3 minutes. After the reset you will need to go through console setup again. Dont worry you didn't lose any installs or saves. This just clears things like cache data. After the setup your xbox should start up normally.

If it brings you back to the troubleshoot menu you can either try to reinstall the OSU1 file on a usb drive and if that doesn’t work you need a new hard drive

So like one morning I wake up to check my Apex stats and my Xbox says its not connected to Wifi I try to reconnect and it doesn't do anything so I restart my Xbox and it go do an update but it stops to like 54% and it just shuts off not finishing it. The Xbox doesn't come back on, and if it does it takes me to the Something went wrong Restart and troubleshoot menu. If I try to Keep games and apps, it doesn't the same thing all over again.
I dont know if yhis will help when it brought me back i couldnt see the options so i pressed troubleshoot because i could tell it was the same shit as before and then clicked the top left box and it worked

First check and see if your game sharing or if your game pass expired. If not call Microsoft. This video is when you see this screen you have to factory reset and keep your apps and games

My xbox does the same thing but when it loads to restart it stops at 50 every time and Then it just stopped loading and just said Preparing console... and it just stays like that forever someone please comment suggestions that will help me please this did not work for me .

@@DavidYohnson It doesn't boot up to the e200 screen anymore, it goes through the setup screen that you get after turning it on for the first time then says there's an update after I connect it to my wifi. it then just shuts off and doesn't update.

you wont loose your account you just gotta log back in, and your xbox account saves cloud data so you wont loose saves

I was on crunchyroll watching anime pressed rb cuz i missed a part of the show and boom xbox froze up and slowed down tried restarting and boom got the blackscreen

Just got this on my brand new one x and I just about shit myself. Playing destiny 2, sound cut out, went to the menu and my icons wouldnt load, settings wouldn't load. Restarted it and got this. Hope this works.
