My favorite level so far is "Footlight Lane" (number 6)
I love everything in this level! The music is so peaceful and beautiful to listen, the invisible path is cool (shining blue, seriously guys, it's cool) and the difficulty is enough for being not a simple level, but not a hard one too!

My favourite has to be sprawling savanna I love everything about this level episily speedrunning it it also had my favourite single stamp the one where you fall down in a small hole inside it has the stamp and on the back of a giant antrooper
The first time i played The Great Goal Pole, I peed my pants laughing.
my fav is 5-3. I love that you have to find cherries to get every green star and the broken tile is so subtle that it just feels like normal because a lot of secrets are in here

Puffrod Peaks is my favourite level! Ever since I first played it, there was something I loved about it. The music is so relaxing, and the stage itself is beautiful. The platforms were fun to mess with, too. I honestly don’t know what my top 10 would be.. 3D World is my favourite Mario game, and I love everything about it.. but, Puffrod Peaks definitely tops it all! 😋

My favorite stages are Pipeline Lagoon and Rainbow Run. Pipline Lagoon because I just love water based stages and it's so beautiful! Rainbow Run because it offers everything from riding the dinosaur, the visual are amazing, fun and easy to kill enimies and the Link easte egg is just amazing! ❤
I loved Mount Must Dash soooooo much, I played it every time I booted up the game!
I absolutely love Searchlight Sneak, the level where getting caught in a spotlight gets you bombarded with homing Bullet Bills. It's just pure chaotic fun in multiplayer.

The final bowser is also very good. It has amazing gameplay, music and feels really intense, even though it is really easy.

Nathaniel Bandy I love your number 1 choice. Speedrunning levels are usually my favorites, but this level was a real treat. :)
My opinions on the levels in this list:
10. It's okay. However, I GREATLY prefer the Plessie stage in World 1. That one is more fun to me.
9. Really fun stage. It's really fun swinging of the trapezes especially to the awesome music in this stage (which you didn't use in the video for some reason :/).
8. Not a big fan of this stage. It's rather boring in my opinion. The music is awesome though (but again you didn't use it in the video. Dammit Nathan, why do you have to skip all the good songs?)
7. My second favourite stage. It's actually a really fun challenge. I love the fact you actually have to cannon jump to beat the stage.
6. Apart from the fact that the floor is invisible, this is a pretty standard stage and I'm not a massive fan of it.
5. I feel like the field in this stage is unnecessarily large. There's not even that much to do in there. It feels like a waste of space, in my opinion. Other than that, the stage is pretty fun.
4. This stage is a pretty fun showcasing of the clear pipes, even though I never use them, either :P. That stamp in this a bitch to find the first time though.
3. This stage is very overrated. It's cool how it's based off Mario Kart but it feels so out of place. I never really enjoyed this one.
2. This stage used the gamepad in very cool ways. The design of the level is very awesome and I love sneaking around the dojo under the guise of a lowly Goomba!
1. This stage is good but it could be better. It's WAY too easy to catch up to the flagpole. I often find myself either overtaking it or having to slow down so I don't accidentally finish the stage when trying to get all the collectibles.
My favourite stage in the game is Mystery House Marathon in World Crown. I love the gauntlet of quick challenges. It really keeps you on your toes. I'm also very surprised at the lack of Shadow Play Alley in this list.

Sprawling Savannah is definitely my favorite course in the game. The “open world” section along with the fantastic music is quite the dynamic duo.

Pink Gold Peach So, we see again..... I STILL REFUSE to get involved in the Pink Gold Peach wonderland. YOU SUCK! Aha, you may think that I'm a reskin of Princess Peach. However, I'm much greater than that. Sure, Metal Mario may be a reskin of Mario and that's because he is literally Mario when he picks up a Metal Cap. However, there is no "Pink Gold Crown" so I cannot possibly be a powered up Princess Peach. My backstory is very deep and cannot be disclosed with mere mortals such as you. However, those trapped within my wonderland know of my origins...

I really do hope that the next 3d mario game has that open-world design that both super mario 64 and sunshine had. If there was one thing I would want it is the ability to get multiple stars rather than having to leave when you get a star (like in banjo-kazooie). I love linear mario, but it's been awhile since we got a not so linear mario game.

The goomba power up enables you to not be detected by other enemies in case you're wondering. It's not useless at all.

Sunshine > 3D World > 64 > Galaxy 2 > 3D Land > Galaxy 1.

The Flame Runner I just find it really, REALLY boring. Whenever I play it, I wish I'd've played Galaxy 2 instead as Galaxy 1 holds my interest for little to no time at all.

Great video! The Great Goal Pole may not be the most fun stage and it's probably not quite my favorite, but it's certainly distinctive. I like the fact that the game devs weren't afraid to do something crazy and out-of-the ordinary with the stage formula.
There is actually a similar level in Super Mario: 3D Land to the #1 pick on this list. It's annoying but fun.
The last section of the cannon level was super hard the first time through. I also realized that the music to the light-up-path level sounds a lot like Cosmic Cove Galaxy.
Now I'm sad because I want Mario Galaxy 3.
My personal favorite is prolly your number 2 pick. Just all of the effort it puts in is amazing. Boomerangs and flying hats and goomba suits, oh my!

My favorite 3d world stage, by far my favorite was Hands-on Hall. But I liked some others too- Red hot run, Starshine Beach, Switch shock circus, Mount Must Dash, Big Bounce Byway, Rainbow Run, Super Block Land, Shadow-Play Alley, and The Great Goal Pole.
My favorite stage is definetly the champions road! It remembers me of the grandmaster galaxy of galaxy 2. That stage just gives you a very happy (and frustrating) feeling

10. Water, Sand, whatever! A ride with Plessie is always so much fun!
9. Gosh.......I was a little nervous about entering that stage at first, but I had a swinging good time!
8. I took your advice, just like you said, destroyed all the Fizzlets, and told the others what to do.
7. That level was starting to get SUPER annoying! But with timed jumps and spins, (I was playing as Rosalina) I made it!
6. I remember putting a Boomerang Flower down on the invisible floor, and when I left it, it was floating in Mid-Air! MIND BLOWN!
5. Ha ha! That level is AWESOME! I felt like a Lion in Africa after playing that!
4. This level helped me master the art of Clear Pipes, as I was rusty at them from the start.
3. This level is PERFECT for a Ghost Mii Race!
2. MIND BLOWN! The use of Gamepad Magic is what got me past this Dojo, what's also awesome? The Music!
1. Gosh, when I won the Goal Poe Race, the STAMP was right in front of me at my very eyes! I was playing as Toad.

I'm currently on my first playthrough of the game. So far, my favourite level has been the Sprawling Savanna. Absolutely gorgeous
I think the best stage is where you get rosalina because it brought back so many super Mario Galaxy memories and rosalina is my favorite character in all of the super Mario games!
