I'm confused. So "show when active together" only shows when I'm in the same chat with someone or when I'm active on messenger? I want to not be seen when I'm online on fb but I want to show that im active when I check someone's message only.
I need a answer please :( my boyfriend activity status on messenger and fb shows he was online like a few hours ago, but i can see while he is phone is in his hands he is online at the moment. And he comes online if i sent him message and if he open it. How it is posible pleaseee pleasee 😢
i am sorry for the emotional distress this is causing you. I dont want to give you bad advice but i think you should sit down and talk to him calmly about whats going on but dont contront him but try to get him to speak freely. ask him why his online status is hidden from you but dont confront him with are you cheating or anything. As much as this is what is on your mind you should let your heart be the lie detector. Reason you dont want to contront him with are you cheating etc is because he can turn it around on you and make you look like the villain. If he is cheating on you never forget that this is not your fault and that you are worth more than you think because the right guy would treat you like a princess and make you his queen. Good luck and i pray whatever the outcome is that you find love and happiness because you deserve it.
Another option would be to turn off your status for all friends you have in common and have their cellphone number. Call this individual and ask if your boyfriend is online and that you would like to get ahold of him but your internet is down. This way you can see if he is offline only for you or everyone else and this friend wont be able to see you online. You can make the excuse that you are sick and would like him to pick up something from the store. this needs to be planned ahead and not a 2 minute thing so you can create an alibi. this is more of a dishonest aproach but you have got another set of eyes to compare his recent activity with your own.
