@@mattinterweb someone wishes you love & kindness, & you scoff at it? It doesn’t matter whether or not you belief the way this person believes, but let me ask you, who is the wiser individual, the one who offers kindness to a stranger, or the one who laughs at him or her? As it happens, I’m a retired biologist, & I thought the poster’s wishes to be sincere. In a world full of so much nastiness, & where narcissism is rewarded, a stranger takes their time to write a message of hope. One day, you will be embarrassed by your response.

Just started doing Wim's method. Getting high on your own supply is definitely one way to put it!!! It's incredible what it can do for your mental state. It feels like playing your favorite music in a band full of your friends. It feels like a really good road trip. It feels like seeing someone you love after being away for a long time. It feels like standing on the edge of a cliff. It feels like weightlessness. I love some of the Kundalini breath exercise you've taught on this channel and I can tell that those are extremely powerful as well! But I've never been more selfless and in the moment as when I did that first 2 minute breath hold... It was incredible!!! It IS incredible!!! Thank you Wim and thank you Russell!!! Eventually everyone will experience all the love and all the power they are capable of!!!!!

Gee, I started meditating with Roy Masters in the 1970’s. He had a radio program in LA titled How Your Mind Can Keep You Well. Such a blessing to be on the journey of enlightenment guided by him. He spoke of the “disco “ references when both hemispheres of the brain are firing during meditation observed back then by Kirlian photography .

Hey Hey! I love this video! I started doing cold showers and it’s been 2 weeks now. I feel so incredibly energized and I feel that it stays with me throughout the day. When I do the breathing technique with cold showers I get really dizzy so I do breaths in increments of 7 and I set aside more intense breathe sessions for when I can chill on the couch or the floor. Overtime I really look forward to digging deeper into the method. I’m a total Hoffer!

Been using the Wim Hof breathing technique for over a month or so now, and I go swimming in the north sea with a few others first thing in the morning 3 times a week to get that cold water shock value and otherwise use cold showers... and its such a good de-stresser and the impact has been so good. I cannot ever recommend it enough!

A couple years back I had a rough bout of anxiety and out of all the breathing techniques I tried, I can only say Wim's gave me significant relief. Just a shame it's so exhausting (I'm disabled). There's a serenity to that moment where you no longer need to breathe for a while. It surprised me how prolonged it was since I normally struggle to hold my breath.

Russell I notice the emphasis placed on distinguishing between the body, brain and spiritual connection and Wihm kind of proving the physiological mechanism by which we have tools to reach those shamanic states of consciousness. I think what the brain scans are also proving what a spiritually connected brain actually looks like. The brain is only part of the interface between spirit, body, and the collective. I really dig the video. Just joined your cult today. Thanks

After the breath-hold, it's important to breathe fully in, squeeze the breath up into your head, hold for about 10 seconds and release. I believe this part counteracts the hypoxia.
