No pre-planning for this video, just documenting what I eat. No Macros are included since I dont track them. This is my personal approach for Carnivore when eating at home daily and having a goal of weight loss. I feel best when eating what I want during one meal a day, and leveraging fasting to help with weight loss. I try and share some of the decisions I made about meals and by the end of 2 weeks I had noticeable weight loss.
My Carnivore/Keto friends that came over are on Instagram as well.

Not every day has to be perfect to get results! I had several days in this video where things didn't go according to plan...but consistency and time adds up to results! Don't let one imperfect day derail your progress.

Depends on your goals. Most people can have it no problem but other people don't react well to sweetners. (if you're stalled try cutting it)

Hi Laura definitely please do continue with the videos on what you eat. This video helped me see that I (1) wasnt eating enough calories (2) struggle to eat multiple meals but one meal means I cant get my caloric intake in that one meal because I'm stuffed on the smallest amounts. I've always naturally fasted my entire life only eating one meal so fasting comes natural. I see now that I have to eat when my inner alarm comes on for hunger and eat what will hold me. I am an egg and bacon person so I think I'll try that on a smaller peace of ribeye. P.S that over easy egg on that steak looked divine. I cant wait to have one. Congrats on the 9lbs and happy successful weight loss and maintenance. Thank you for all you do

I do have a few questions for both of you. I don't remember you mentioning what this way of eating has done to your energy levels? Do you find that you are consistently energized now as opposed to "hitting a wall" in the afternoon or later in the day? Also, how quickly do you fall asleep now and are you tired when the alarm goes off in the morning? And I hope I'm not being too personal, but has this changed anything about your "intimate life?" Thanks for being such an inspiration!! Please keep sharing with us!!

Laura Spath after watching other carnivore videos and reading some literature, I realize it was all the frying (canola) oil I was using and eating fried tortilla chips that caused me to gain! Every day eating cheese and chips with salsa when I first started working at home in March. Combine that with menopause hormones out of whack! Damn...now I’m just mainly eating steaks (beef, nothing fancy just ribeyes, NY strip, some sirloin,) I cut out all processed meat including bacon -and lunch meats and cut out pretty much all vegetables (I eat cabbage and occasional cucumber) I just want to fit in my clothes again! Eventually I will do strict carnivore. I hear you on the cheese...🙃

I just saw one of your videos from a yr ago about food addiction.
I'm still struggling with that 2yrs later. What has helped me is cloth shopping the money I would have spend on the cheat food or take out i go shopping even if it for a tee shirt. I try on skinny cloth and when I see how great I look uts like eating a whole cheesecake the same high from food.
And a great reminder of i can never go back. I went from a size 22 to a 2
    3x to a xsmall
Looking at all my fat pics while everyone else eats cakes reminds me that cake is poison for me. If I really want to be a bitch I start to show my fat pics 🤪. People stop eating after that and praise me. Evil but it helps me. Your are an inspiration. Thxs

You look great!! I'll be 60 yrs old next year and I feel better than ever! Been doing keto for abt 3 year but was stuck at the same weight FOREVER!! I'm finally losing the weight again. In June I began a constantly switchup between Keto and Carnivore. However, the day of the week that I fast, do carnivore or keto is constant. I have, however, noticed that my carnivore days yield my best results. Doesn't matter. Since June 1, 2020 I've maintained a lost, each week, of between 1.25 to 2lbs and I actually EAT. Lol. This is my LIfestyle. I'm not DIETING. A diet will not keep the weight off. Trust and believe I've been there so many times.

Commercial beef jerky can sometimes have sugar in it. It is better to make biltong. Google it to find out how to make it. It’s an excellent snack when the hunger pangs come along.

Thank you Laura for this video, and all of your videos! You have provided me so much motivation. I am just wrapping up my second day in a row of carnivore eating and it feels great. I have been trying for so long to get back on the low carb band wagon and I just haven't been able to do it. Thank you for your tips and motivation! One of your videos where you mentioned getting started with a lot of "taco bowls" was a game changer for me. You helped me finally get started!

The beef bacon, does it have the same crispness & crispy fat like pork bacon??? Love the coarse salt tip to snack on, I need to implement that to replace my boredom-snacking myself. I also need to STOP the drinking of the crappie "Mio" water engancers & Stevia, as I know they cause triggers by increasing my appetite & food cravings. Please keep posting these helpful videos & love your realness Laura; as well as your lovely family 👍👍👍👍

I love your videos, you really keep it real, and I also love your butcher block "plates" for everyone. I am starting carnivore tomorrow..have been keto mostly with the last couple weeks mostly carnivore. I finally got my husband to go keto, so things arae a lot easier food wise around house without all the things that I am triggered by. Your video really helps me see what I should be eating..I am a once a day eater generally, but if I have eggs I am hungry 4-5 hrs later. Thanks for doing these..Hi from Gold Canyon, AZ

I started keto omad July 27, 2020 and I was staying under 20 net carbs a day . I transitioned to the carnivore diet omad and have been doing this since August 19, 2020 I weighed myself on August 26, 2020. I lost almost 20 lbs 2 inches off my waist and hips and a half inch on my arms, calves, thighs and neck. I feel really good on carnivore not 100 percent sure if I'm doing it correctly but I eat 4 ground beef burgers, bacon about 5 pieces, and 4 eggs cook everything in bacon fat or unsalted butter. My fluid consumption is always water nothing else. I am eating till I am comfortably full I eat one time a day at 2pm and im never hungry but I feel like I'm getting heavier so I weighed myself and I am 7 lbs heavier. But I keep doing the same thing so hopefully this is not insanity cause I'm looking for a different result by the end of this. One reason I love this carnivore diet so far is my back and joints everyday are starting to feel better and better. My energy level is very high, my depression and anxiety are gone. There has been one or so days were I feel sluggish and tired, don't know why but I just keep moving. So that's my story!!!!!! I don't know why im gaining weight. Anyway thank you so much for your time. I love watching your videos. One day when I get closer to my goals maybe I will have an awesome story to share!

It is not common to challenge the dogma of Eat as much as you want and the weight wil fall off.
Since the voice of those that do not get weight loss is unheard and unwelcomed in many groups you are very helpful to an unknown number of people.
So many people do not fit the success mold.
    Congrats !

I am glad that mindset works for a lot of people but I personally would never lose weight following that (and would likely gain a lot)
