The adoption and maintenance of physical activity are critical foci for blood glucose management and overall health in individuals with diabetes and prediabetes. Recommendations and precautions vary depending on individual characteristics and health status. Here I have given the correct way of doing exercises for a diabetic patient.

    මට දියවැඩියාව නැහැ.. නමුත් දවසට මම කිලෝමීටර 4ක් 5ක් පමණ දුවනවා...එය ප්‍රමාණවත් වේ ද? එය දුවනවා වැඩිද දිනකට.

    ඩොක්ටර් මධ්‍යස්ත තීව්‍රතා මට්ටමයි අධි තීව්‍රතා මට්ටමයි කියපු එක ඒතර්ම් පැහැදිලි වුනේ නැ.මධ්‍යම තීව්‍රතා මට්ටම කියන්නේ සිංදුවක් කියන්න බැරි තරම් හති වැටෙන එක කියලා තේරුනා.ඒත් ඒ වෙලාවට අපි ව්‍යයාමය නැවැත්විය යුතුද නැත්නම් ඒ මට්ටමෙන් දිගටම ව්‍යයායාමය කලයුතුද..
