You have no idea how much I love your videos man. I've been going through some pretty hard times & your videos are literally therapy for me. I noticed a massive difference in the vibe of Peru vs Bolivia. Bolivia was interesting but clearly not in the state for tourism.
Bolivia has some tremendous tourism opportunities. They didn't capitalize on them, and instead chose to do what tourists don't do, and go to the worst parts.
I was in Peru for June and July 2016, four weeks in Miraflores and two weeks in Cusco. Thanks for refreshing the memories of awesome time there. Maybe returning in March 2020.

I lived in Cusco for a month it was awesome and the people there are very welcoming to foreigners. You should definitely check out the rainbow mountain

The sky at night in Cuzco is SPECTACULAR. Peach black sky and because of the city's height (11,00 feet above the sea level) the stars seems to be closer and brighter than ever.
Peru if freaking amazing, one of the top on my bucket list. They have great people, good food, amazing scenery... and the ancient megalithic Incan sites! Come on; what not to love?

I lived in Colombia for many years and I can show you some weird and wonderful places! I think a spanish speaking swiss/colombian guy would make things alot easier for you :-)

And try not to spend too much on tourist zones, they tend to double the prizes and make the food less savory (because some think foreigns wouldn't like the actual, strong and marvellous tastes). Ceviche is a must do, but for smth cheaper, papa a la huancaina, lomo saltado and juanes. Good luck and stay away from burglars :)

cristy f in cusco (the city) there is a massive amount of international people coming mainly bc of Machu Picchu so english is basic for most locals, it is not like that in most of the other cities. Nonetheless, always friendly and you should totessss come hehe

You have to try fast food in different countries, it does not taste the same as in America or any other place that you go to.
@@markdashark3230 Very true. McDonald is mighty tastey in Peru. Also in Mexico too. But I would prefer lomo saltado or ceviche with peruvian beer any day for lunch in Peru over fast food.
