That's normal. You don't have to worry. Insole logos are easy to fade even in J1 Highs.

It will since it is a semi translucent. But it will be slowly in my opinion.
I think you can prevent or impede the yellowing process by putting your shoes in a bag then in the box.
I think you have to clean the soles everytime you use them to prevent them turning yellow...
