I started at the very beginning of COVID (aged 64) and got 'addicted' to your workouts, then had to make a big pause due to an injury (made a short attempt to go back to my daily workout routine but 'helas') but this time I hope to be back for good. I love these 5 minute segments!! I’m a lists type of person. I have a bed time exercise list of your more lighter, more relaxing exercises/ stretches. And I also have a “work day” list of short exercise segments to do during my work day - I work from home spending my day in front of a computer, and these are perfect!! I also have a more intensive list for my morning HIITS. But these are perfect combined into a lengthier workout, or spread out throughout the day! Love them!! I’d be happy to have more of them to add onto my lists!! 😊

This was so awesome. I get up early to do my exercises and just got off the treadmill mill. This is perfect right after, thank you so much, oh is there a 5 minute arm to balance me out. I will definitely be doing this at least twice a day.
I luv it after a while I am trying to get back in track. Tried your 15 mints low impact fat burning calories. Very good. I think I am getting older to stay active because of my health issues I can’t do hit work out of my joint problems and whole back has surgery been on steroids injection. I have gained so much weight. I tried to loose weight over a year to loose after historectomy had complications. Then menopause. I am so active but takes time to do things. I wish I could loose weight. I eat very healthy food. You make feel younger. Luv ur exercise that’s why I have 13 kg . I don’t know how loose while I am high medication. Makes me feel dizzy,sick, headache I drink plenty of water I force my self to eat veg fish protein , yogurt, salads. Thanks Lucy your a inspiration. Luv you. Plz any advice?❤😊
