Suppose spot price of a stock is 130 then we will have several CE and PE options available in market. For eg. If we are bullish on the stock and we expect it to go near 145, hence we buy 140 CE. But how can a PUT option be available in the market with strike price of 140,given that already the spot price is 130. What is the concept?
