Makes it hard to distinguish and find what you need. I was able to find a couple of the themes you recommended so it was still somewhat useful, and if you have a business or premium plan, then there isn't any difference (other than instructions on how to add).

Each theme has different styling and not everyone is comfortable learning php and CSS, the Astra theme allows for some of this customization in a beginner friendly way.
