- Hi People! I made this video is to show you how I create small two strand twists on stretched 4C natural hair. I also show how I trim my ends every 3 months or every 2 and a half months once I start to feel single strand knots. Please enjoy!

New subbie!! 😊 I just started my mini twists journey!! Did them with leave-in, curl crème, oil & gel! Next time I’ll do them on blow dried hair & a dry mini twist! Thanks a bunch! These used to take me 5 to 8 hours to do but with practice and consistency, it's gotten easier. Remember its not also how fast you can do them but the end result 🙂🖤

Awww thanks a bunch! I’m grateful! I keep most of my protective styles in for 2 weeks. These twists will stay for 3 weeks and the very simple styles I do are for a week. So it depends. 🖤😁🙏🏽

Beautiful. How do you protect them when you sleep? When I tie mine up in a Bun and free it the next day, it doesn't flow freely anymore.
Thank you! I put them in a satin bonnet to sleep, I also have a satin pillow case just in case my bonnet decides to take a walk! 😂 in the mornings, I spray my water on my hair to make it damp and loosen it up because at this point all my twists are facing different directions! Lol then apply leave-in and oil to seal in that moisture and I ready to go! 😁🖤🙏🏽
Hay Khadija. Your hair looks soft and easy to manipulate, please i need tips for my hair... It's not easy to part it from the root always needs strong. Any tips to help???
Hiya. The first step is to spray water. Our hair needs it and it’s the best lubricant and detangler for our hair! Spray water to make hair damp, apply leave-in conditioner and oil then detangle in small sections starting from ends to roots. And remember to trim your ends, that also helps! 🖤😁
About how many twists did you do?
Please did you use any twisting butter, because most people use it so that the strands doesn't loose up
I didn’t use any butter at all. I wrote all the products I used in the description of this video. I also wanted my twists to look a lil bit frizzy but that was a personal preference 🖤🙏🏽

I love twists but my hair shrinks so bad 😅 I have them in just now but the shrinkage has me shook
Vous pouvez les étirer avec des élastiques chaque matin avant de sortir ou le soir au couché.
Gurl! shrinkage is inevitable and its a sign of healthy hair! just let them be and don't fret about shrinkage. Remember to focus on health rather than length. mine shrink as well but I just let them be 🙂🖤
Can you trim after the twists? Do you every just dust your ends instead of trimming?
I havnt tried trimming after twists to be honest, I’ve only trimmed my ends when I stretch my hair. I have not just dusted my ends either because I feel like I might not to it properly. 🙏🏽

Do you just wet your hair as much as possible and add conditioner to let it air dry?
I moisturize my hair when damp with leave-in conditioner, cream moisturizer and a little bit of oil and let it air dry in big twists 🖤

I keep the mini twists in for 4 weeks and medium to large twists for 2 weeks 🙂🖤

It doesn't look like you used alot of product. How long will you keep this style before washing again?
I listed the products I used in the description and I applied them when my hair was wet. So now that I had air dried it, i didn’t need to apply more. So I usually keep this style for 3 weeks max! I never let it stay any longer than that because I don’t want it to get tangled or become a hassle to take down 🖤🙏🏽
