I have one of these in N Scale by Atlus in Rio Grande (#150). I love how the red and green directional lights turn on depending on the direction of travel. Glad to see this engine getting some more representation.
Great video Eric! Great looking and sounding locomotive! Got to hand it to Lionel, they have the best sounding locomotives! Thanks for sharing! Have a great and awesome evening!
The American railroad that has the most order of the H-16-44 was the Milwaukee Road with 37 units. The Canadian railroad that has the most order of this engine was Canadian Pacific with 40 units.
I have one of the Lackawannas offered in the same catalog, ran like crap outa the box. Ended up sending it back twice and is fixed now. It's a cool, small locomotive.
I love everything about it! and what is the guy on the bridge? A jumper? HAHA! Great review as usual and you've probably costed me some more money cause I'm gonna have to grab one of those. The Fairbanks Morse series are very appealing to me. I have a 550 Bluebird and another Wabash and Southern Trainmaster on order. Thanks again, Proud Patreon supporter!
Martin Nostalgie-M .......hi Martin. Just curious if you run trains an if you do, do you run any American trains and if so what is your favorite railroad? My favorites are Santa Fe, Burlington Northern, Illinois Central Gulf, and Soo Line just to name a few.
@@alcopower5710 Hi, my area of interest is mainly the model railways with a focus on the older ones from 1950 to 1980. But also the big railroad is very interesting for me. Sorry for my not so good language. regards Martin
I have a 265w tinplate Tender that's almost like new. Someone had it in a case for decades - it's hardly been used at all. Even so, it makes a grinding sound when it whistles. Any help would be appreciated.

Davvon McKenzie thanks!
The horn sounds like a ship in a harbour... I guess its paying homage to its origins... The engine that is

Nice review Eric and very nice locomotive. What's the difference between this loco and the Trainmaster?
Living in Wisconsin, I love all things Milwaukee Road!
That’s because the horn is the same as the centipedes.

Oh sorry Eric, I see this has 4 wheel trucks as opposed to the 6 wheel trucks on the Trainmaster.
Roger Strate yep!
I love the Milwaukee Road and Fairbanks Morse.
and the Milwaukee Road and Fairbanks Morse love you! :)
Isn't this just an FM train master
bullet train2019 no
So the original has got kind of a boxer-engine?
Don’t you get tired of the same old crew sounds? You’d think for the asking price they could make sounds unique to each engine
