I remember when Vicki took her mum round the circuit in a Lamborghini Murcielago. To see her driving this brought back so many memories of her excellent journalist and driving skills. Well done.
"Sian" is one word in Singlish that can be used in a many contexts and accurately expresses emotions so I like it a lot because it's so efficient. Generally it means to be sick and tired of something or bored or being caught in bothersome situations you can't do anything about
Please go back to old petrol Fifth Gear with Tiff!!!! I get that you need to upgrade with the times but ONLY electric is not your audience. An electric segment of each show would make a whole lot more sense.
I was left underwhelmed by the first episode. Electric cars may be the future, although I think hydrogen would actually be a better option. But apart from the odd car such as this they are so boring and the only ones I would want are so expensive. Also really to call this lambo a hybrid is bit of a stretch really. But I shall not give up on you yet fifth gear but I found myself yearning for Tiff too.
@@ScottPC It like Rory from autotrader, you get the same endless ev vibes from on his channel. I get they're more than likely the future, but they just don't interest me. Maybe only the E-tron RS, but the range is terrible

there's something about the camera's they use that makes this video looks like it was filmed in 2008. when so many other smaller car channels have cameras where you can see the person's pores on their face, this camera quality is extremely abysmal.
Does regular Fifth Gear still exist or are they literally only EVs and hybrids now? I love Vicki and the crew to death but just Recharged isn't compelling enough as entertainment. You have to sprinkle in some auditory excitement and reminders of pure, connected driving to maintain attention at the very least. They don't owe me anything with all of the either free or cheap content over so many years, but I fear the nature of Fifth Gear's reviewing style let's the car shine. Requiring the car itself to reflect that excitement and experience through the screen. Outside of POV reviews with minor commentary, no EV review I have ever seen has conveyed what the car actually felt like or made the experience seem compelling.
Given the choice to spend a day driving the Sian or hanging out with Vicky…..I’d pick Vicky every day of the week and twice on Sundays….impressive Lambo though 😉

Revuelto is nowhere near this design and beauty. In fact, i like the Centenario more than the Revuelto. But the Sian remains the Top breed of Lamborghini production in my Opinion. Over the likings of Veneno and Aventador SVJ
Her passion and love for cars is what makes Vickki so brilliant.
For me, Vicki Butler-Henderson will always be the heart and soul of Fifth Gear.

Watching that car drive on normal roads, it's obvious that it's a racetrack/museum car only - the suspension needs a LOT of work for road use.

Rule of thumb used to be your car should be half a year’s salary or less, so just imagine someone making 6 million a year.

One question, can the Sian run on its electric motor alone like the 918 and Mclaren P1 does. Or acts as a boost found in the LaFerrari.
It's a capacitor, so it has very little energy. The electric motor is only 34hp, so it will get you out of the garage maybe, but not much else.
