Train Numbers - e.g. 43032 or 800110 - These are train numbers which are specific to that train. No trains can be numbered the same. Locos are 5 digit numbers where the first two numbers are the class of train e.g. 67010 would be a class 67. Set Number - e.g. WB64 or NL04 - These are semi-permanent loco hauled coach formations which are kept together for formalities. The first two letters usually indicate the maintenance depot responsible e.g. OC is Old Oak Common, LA is Laira. The number indicates the rake number.

I got confused when the trams appeared! Nice choice!
I did actually film them arriving and departing from the adjacent tram stops at Victoria, but I decided not to include this in the video since I couldn’t manage to identify all the services. Thanks for watching.

Amazing video Ross!! Great to see a couple of freights passing through there haha embarassingly I didnt even know freight went through Manchester Victoria! As someone who lives in Plymouth its visually weird for me to see and hear a diesel IET in a TPE livery but there we go! Some nice variety of older northern DMUs in the mix too!

Partly yes, I usually mix them up to keep the channel fresh. This was actually filmed the day after the Garforth and Bradford videos. If I released them in the order I filmed them in, I think it would get a bit boring! Thanks for watching.

Ross question can you do any station between Acton Main Line and Reading at night (20:00 onwards) I went train spotting at Southall ,saw a Night Rivera, A rail tour and quite alot of freight.
I can certainly try for you! I don’t live anywhere near the GWML so I will have to plan it on a day I was going to be in London. I want to get some more footage of the Night Riviera before the 57s bow out so this is definitely do-able. Thank you 👍🏻

@StarlifeStudios tugs not on the biomass' anymore. They now do the Rylstone Tarmac trains. You still get one 60 out of Tuebrook doing the stone train to Ashton in Makerfield
Any ideas if 4L66 or 4L28 will run this Saturday? Hoping for it but it doesnt seem to run that often 🥹
@@StarlifeStudios 4L66 is normally a regular runner but 4L28 is hit and miss depending on the weekly intermodal plan
@benGBRf Thanks Ben, Reason I ask is because 4L66 hasn’t ran for 3 weeks. It seems 4L28 has ran every week since June though!
