Sarah, you’re so real for having Icebreaker as last 🤭 Out of the 54 books I read so far, it’s also my least favorite. It’s just so trashy in my opinion (sorry to everyone who likes it, I’m happy for you but I don’t understand you)

@@SarahsCozyCorner One of my friends DNF’d it at 20% because she said she’s not gonna waste her time on something so trashy 😂 Ur definitely not alone. I also read the sequel and the writing is still cringy but at least there’s some plot so I gave it 3.5⭐️

I always love this kind of videos because you get multiple perspectives on popular books, which I think is a great start to decide on reading a book or not.

In my opinion the shadow hunter series by Cassandra Clare is soo underrated! I’ve read all/ most of her books and absolutely loved all of them!! Thank you for giving them such recognition 😄🩷
Rating wicked king so low almost gave me an heart attack . People she might be or might not be right about other, But not about The cruel prince trilogy. You will love it, Not an assumption but the truth.

I agree with you on the Folk of The Air trilogy about wicked king being the least favourite and the first and last is sooooo good! Holly Black is the queen of faerielands in my head. Cassandra Clare is so inspired by Holly Black's fae world and integrates it into her shadowhunter books as well. I love both these authors for their fantasy series. And I want to read every book by these authors. They are an auto-buy for me!

Sarah! You should totally read The Timekeeper's Secret - Timeless Fate series if you haven't yet! It's incredibly similar to Six of Crows and soo good! You'll love it! It's dark academia, enemies to lovers, time travel, crazy plot twists and the cover is GOREOUS! my new obsession!

@@sunflwerhaeI recommend starting with the infernal devices. This series is set in the earliest time period and there are a lot of names and families that are introduced. I read the mortal instruments after TID and it was fun recognizing last names and ancestors. Plus all the other series are based later and or need to be read after TDI :)

Everyone go and read The Infernal Devices, it’s such a perfect triology! I have read some of the books you mentioned, and I also recommend reading Crimson Moth, I really enjoyed that book, the world building… It’s great💕 My next reading will be Binding 13 :)

heyyyy i found a book recently that i think you'd love as much as i do. It's called "Anatomy a love story" Recheal Catherine put me on it but its so perfect. it historical, in Scotland YA with gothic themes and regency balls and all that fun stuff.

totally the same with Emily Henry!!!! I tried...TRIED to read 4 of her most popular books but each and every single one of them just didn't have that spark and I find her writing to be ok??? Idk the characters + story isn't all that breath taking compared to other authors i've read.

I just read “the serpent and the wings of night” - I totally agree, both characters were really annoying after a while. The plot was terrible. So disappointing.
I actually like fourth wing, but yes “fourth wing” inner monologue is relatable.

12 books is soooo good!! I try to read around 100 pages a day so I can read around 2 books a week 😅 nope no spicy scenes!! A little in the third book I believe!!
It you love, romance, magic systems and heists, I think you'll love Mistborn trilogy by Brandon Sanderson, although it's slightly political.
