Did this o e this morning. Oh my word!! Very intense , heavy breathing thru out the workout. 15,s 12’s 10’s and threes, loved it and I was fatigued at the end. My legs almost didn’t last the sprint!!! Thanks
The tuck jumps finished me , the weights add on wuth cardio took me to that level of tap into higher self and push through 💥💥💥 this was a tough but well worth it workout!! Thank you MB and crew . I absolutely loved this 🎉yes!!!!!!
I love your workouts Michelle! I try and do more low impact moves and modify where I need to! If I wanted to use your workouts as my strength training program, would I just follow your weekly playlist that you post?

Wow. 4th time on the rebounder and I think I did pretty good. Could only do two rounds - I've been doing way too many shorter cardio videos I guess. So can I put a request in for longer cardio sessions? Loved the format. I upped my tension to medium today and it made the kicks easier I think? Anyway Have a great holiday with the family
