Barefoot doctors.......orikyalum nadakkatha swapnam...especially in kerala... ...1.enormous flow of money.... 2....lack of enough knowledge 3.....lack of standardisation... E.g. how many hospitals conduct an effective interview in kerala before recruiting a Doctor 👨⚕️.... 4...Need a qualifying examination after MBBS in order to attain a registration to practice.....regardless the place from were which they attained the qualification. 5...Regulations by law...pharmaceutical marketing... 6..Govt doctors must be provided with incentives...based on their mode of work..(in order to avoid private practice) 7.lack of team work in health care system...Doctors are not the ultimate decision makers in the system 8.Most interesting fact....doctors are the only beneficiary in this system...rest every one are ........
