This house has a living room and separate den, and can be built as a manufactured or modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Kit Custom Homebuilders. The model for this home is the "Pinehurst 2506 w/ tag." This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,975(with porch) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I personally would have liked just one living room and allocate all that space to have larger bedrooms, bathrooms and utility room. Overall, a nice home!
I'd put a garage off of the side door, and a screened in porch off the back. That pantry actually made my jaw drop! This place is unreal!!!

love the vaulted ceilings and big windows - perfect shower
I'd flip flop the front/back doors. The "front door" would be the "back door." Just seems weird to me to have the porch on the front of the house. I love my privacy. I would much rather entertain guest on the back porch and fenced backyard. I'd use the side door for a carport enterence to the house.

I've got porch envy. Fantastic set up. I'd put the garage or car port off the utility room side so you could enjoy the view from all those gorgeous windows.

I think that this pantry was the first I saw that had an electrical outlet in it. Love that. It is a beautiful home and the bathrooms have a soap and shampoo shelf in them.
That Cullen just keeps getting cuter and cuter. Ya gotta be proud.
This home was nice but I agree with some of the other comments that I would rather have a larger living room rather than two smaller area. Thanks for letting Cullen pop in. The apple surely doesn't fall far from the tree. It's like watching a Mini-Chance.

It’s funny watching one of your tours of a triple-wide home and then watching a video by Cash Jordan who tours NYC apartments and he will say when the closet is 2 by 4, that it is a nice size or that a bedroom that is 7 by 9 is good size. The whole apartment would fit in one room of this house! Loved the family room. Forget the kids, I’d use it myself.

At first I wasn't impressed, but I realized that it was because all the walls were white with no pictures and it looked plain. But it sure did pick up with the bedrooms and I fell in love. I love love covered porches so you can sit out even when it's raining. Amazing home for sure!!!

I am a mama who loves to say "y'all play on the porch!" LoL so I love that aspect. Personally I would park on the family room side so I can walk by the freezer to grab the dinner someone forgot to take out 🤣🤦 but I did enjoy this home. I would probably take a foot or two here and there to add to the master bedroom but I loved this . Thank you !

Wow, I love that "mobile homes" have come so far. This model is amazing. I've seen stick built homes that aren't as fancy as this. The arched pass-through window from the kitchen to the front room is probably my favorite.
That pantry though...I also like the tile on the shower-tub combo. I don't see that very often. Thanks for the share Chance😊

This is just perfect for us me and hubby ,we are retired and I love to cook and have family over for meals I would turn the front living room into a dinning room with a side board for serving and my hutch for my dinnerware,etc and a big table and lots of seating in front of thoes windows,the family room would be where I would set up my sewing machines ,pressing table,and cutting table,and lazy boy furniture for watching TV, this p.ace is abso.utely what we need love this,you do a great job,and your child is so adorable!
If I bought it I would make the living room the front of the house. Keep that huge covered deck at the back.

Cullen is precious!!! You are great doing these videos. So positive! The front of the home is most likely the living room side, porch is the rear of the home. Of course, it depends on where on your land you want to place it.

Chance you did another great job! This is a beautiful home I love the pantry and the tile shower in the main bathroom. The master bathroom I loved the shower Il size very much. Chance you made my night by getting to see Cullen, that sweet smile of his just made me smile too. If I have reached in and gave him a hug I would have. That really would have made this grandma day. All of my granddaughters are just about grown. My last granddaughters are twins and they will finish high school and with two year of college this year when they graduate next year in May. I only have 3 granddaughter’s. Wish I could have had a grandson too. God bless you Chance just want to let you know that I’m still praying for your grandpas. I pray he is doing better. I pray God keeps you safe as you travel around to video these beautiful homes to show us. 🙏❤️

The shower tiles extending almost to the ceiling are nice. Why the water heater is in the Second Bath instead of the Utility shall remain a mystery…

I would add a coat closet and half bath in the first room and also a gas fireplace. I love the hidden pantry !!! Also want wooden floors in the two entertaining rooms. Love the size of the bedrooms.

This house is beautiful and I absolutely love that huge hidden pantry. Cabinet space all of the closet spaces but the shower was the best I would never leave it.

I am not a salesperson, but I think just telling potential buyers about them with my enthusiasm for them -- well, someone would HAVE to purchase! :) I think you talk up the good points, not saying there are any bad points, but you talk them up with enthusiasm, and I think you would make a fine home salesman! Nice! The room you entered will be entertainment room with big screen TV, nice couch, and a pool table. Then that porch will be the rear porch with BBQ Grill, Glass Table and Outdoor Chairs. Making the door at the Living room the Main Entry Door.

It's nice to have a little space where you can keep small kids or husbands who need watching right there in your eyesight. It could also be a homeschool space of office, library or gym, even a grow room . extra spaces are good.

Wassup Chance? That first living space you walked into when you entered the house would be a great dining room or gameroom, then the other living space would be a living room, and fireplace in both living spaces, I love the size of the pantry, not only can I put food in there, but I can put appliances that I don't use on daily basis in there too.

I loved it too Maggie & the huge mirrors, which opens up the bathroom & double sinks! The bench is what made me go crazy too🤣& just love that huge walk-in shower! ♥️

Your videos are out of this world! There is nothing like your channel here in Ireland or the UK. The 'mobile' homes here have barely changed since the 1960's which is a crying shame. I don't believe there are any homes near the standards that you show on your channel. Thanks for showing all these beautiful homes which my wife and I thoroughly enjoy. Keep Safe!

I love those huge front windows for the bigger the windows “in my world lol! the better! Love, love, love that front porch! I love a huge front porch to put chairs on in the summer & watch fireflies flickering around in the stillness of the night !! So glad it is a huge front porch too. OMGOSH! The master bathroom with walk in shower & tile bath, with two sinks is amazing! Love the walk in closet too & big windows in that bedroom. The open kitchen design is amazing! Wow! I so love the way the kitchen is designed & feels so airy & open! Would love a coveted back porch too, if possible, to go out and eat on during those warm months, plus a place to bring company out on for “get togethers!” Just a thought…. Love the two “living room spaces,”for one can be actually used for a study, a sitting room or set up as a “sort of” home office. So much can be done with these rooms! Would love a double glass front door though( would add to the grandeur 😁of this amazing design!!!) but those huge glass windows, letting the outside in, adding so much airiness to the interior design, has me in love with this overall design. I so hate tiny little windows, which are so common on some designs & would make me feel claustrophobic just looking at the design, never mind actually living there!🤣May I add how I ❤️ love your video’s, Chance! You make each tour so exciting & something to look forward to! Just love your channel/blog/ page!!!! ♥️
Wow, spectacular space and windows. The house actually feels too big to me with two opposing living rooms with a kitchen in the middle. Love the soaring ceilings and unique roof line. The bathrooms are lovely.

This home is gorgeous! As you know, I don't like open floor plans but that doesn't take away from the beauty of this home.
I would flip the house around and have the living room side as the front side of the home. I love that it has a coat closet right at what I think is the front door, lots of closets/storage, the bedrooms are a really good size, the bathroom in the hallway is beautiful with the tile shower, the pantry -- oh man -- super nice and the tile shower in the master bath is to die for!

Just a little food for thought. Your average home built in the 1950's and 60s always had ONE bathroom that measured 5' x 7'! That Master Bath SHOWER is 4' x 9'!!!

This home has one of the best layouts of the channel. The porch is what sold me. I would like a half bath for guests but this layout don't seems it could fit one. Overall it's a marvelous home!

I would save the room off the porch for entertaining. With the open floor plan, I would consider the living, dining, and kitchen area to to be the Great Room for family.
Very nice home. But the master shower is too big for me. I couldn’t imagine cleaning that! I’d use the extra space for a bigger walk-in closet in the master. Love the porch and the big windows in the living room. But what I enjoyed seeing the most is precious little Cullen! He is so adorable! For the size of the home, the master bedroom closet was a letdown. Despite the lame closet, the rest of the home was great! Always looking forward to the next one! I watch your videos the next morning while eating breakfast and drinking my coffee. Cullen is absolutely a charmer too!
