This mobile home is very nice and to this day is still one of the coolest homes I've ever seen! The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. The model for this home is the "Klasse." This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,520 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I wish all guest baths had a closet by the tub, wider is better than longer so you don't feel cramped changing clothes. Awesome floor plan!
I love the alcove at the entrance. Beautiful kitchen. The half bath would be good for guests. Very big master closet. The master bath is magnificent, I love the layout, and gorgeous shower and tub. Disappointing utility room and pantry.

Can't beat Deer Valley. They build some fine solid homes that make you feel like you are in a site built home. You are 100% correct, Chance, when there is a Deer Valley close by, gotta go see it. Have a local Mobile Home Sales dealership close by that has Deer Valley, Franklin ( another good builder), Fleetwood, & Clayton homes.
Loved the tour. But was very disapointed in the utility room . Deer Valley is usually top of the line ,and their prices reflect that . Sadly they dropped the ball on this one.
I love it but in my opinion the utility room had alot of wasted space that could’ve been used for a bigger pantry and more kitchen cabinets other than that it’s absolutely beautiful
For such a big home, the living room, dining room and kitchen are super small, I mean it reminds me of my last apartment. Not a good floor plan and that price is insane! 😂 Yeah totally not worth the price when I can buy a site build home for the same price
The prices vary is all you have to say DANG !!!!!!
Wire racks allow air circulation and dont collect dust. Wasted space in util room. And once agian a master bedroom that is right next to the busiest, loudest part of the home.

Maybe it’s just me, cause usually Deer Valley homes are my favorite. However this layout disappointing. Kitchen in the living room naw master off kitchen naw floor vents naw refrigerator. In hall to bedrooms naw deer valley please give more options for Tv placement in bedrooms either put closet and bathrooms on one wall some of us like to switch our furniture placement around same for living rooms as well . Options
All looks good. Walk-in pantry would been better. Never a fan of carpet.

The home is nice, but not having windows in the bathrooms and master bedroom directly into the kitchen is not appealing to me.😢
I love the house, but don’t like that the master doesn’t have a door.
The pantry space could be bigger, don't like w/d space and I would screen the whole back deck. Love the room sizes. Ok I watched it again, the only bathroom with a window is master, over tub, no. And no window in kitchen. All the smells trapped.😮
When the nicest thing about a triple wide is the back patio, it's a loser. This was terrible. The kitchen, the dining area, the living room were all disappointing. The pantry was a joke. The master was nothing special. You were great. This home, not so much.
100 percent agree, there is nothing special about this home for that price.
For this price and wire racks in the closet? Wood racks as a paid option…
House was average. Cheap wire shelving and fake plastic beams on the ceiling add absolutely nothing.
Am I the only one who prefers wire racks in closets ?

Everything fine except 2 things. Price and the master room next to kitchen without a privacy door. That's a killer. Voted down.
Is this suppose to be like the “budget friendly” Deer Valley? This looks NOTHING like the quality they usually do
The only thing I dislke about this house is the bathtub, I would like one freestanding.
Do You get to keep the furniture in the Home.

I wish DV would make their homes for garage additions. That's an important feature especially if it snows or gully washes bad where you live. DV is my favorite builder with all it's high end features and attention to details.
If they did that (which I'm sure they do). You'd be better off getting a stick built home, the price would be so high that it doesn't make sense to go with this option
