      Hindi sya chewy at syempre dagdag sa chocolatey taste pag may melted chocolate. Pag Wala talaga cocoa powder na lang at tunawin sa konting tubig para malapot at maging kagaya Ng melted chocolate Ang texture.

    Good day po Ms Mai☺nakagawA na po ako ng recipe nyu na crinkles i use cheap price na cocoa powder,masarap po tama nga yung cinabi nyu di sya matamis,kaya lang plus size gawa ko kasi wala akung 2oz scoop.

      Yes sis, correct ang nasa recipe. Puedeng hindi pa na reach ng oven ang temperature setting, magpa flat yan pag ganon or overmix, matagal ang pag mix mo ng ingredients.

      Don't overmix at dapat mabilis lang ang pag.mix para hindi agad matunaw mga ingredients. Use a measuring tbsp.

      Pag may oil kakainin nya yung icing sugar coating, kaya yung crinkles nyo hindi na kulay puti at kulay chocolate na. Kaya konti lang ang floutlr para hindi dry. Kinompensate naman sa ibang ingredients par gooey pa rin ang loob.

      @@MaiGoodness ok ms. mai gagawa aq ngaun sana maging ok and yummy.. by the way na almost perfect q n din ung ube and pandan pandesal recipe u po. super love nila kase sobrang soft and sarap daw po..
      ff up question pala ms. mai, oks lang ba magkasunod na tray isalang ang pandesal or anything n need ng "proofing" process? hindi po ba maaapektuhan or ma over proof?

      @@mylenesarmiento9090 ok lang magkasunod. Ganon din pagluto ko eh. Hindi naman ma over proof kasi 15mins ang per salang mo. Yung unang batch na nag rest yun ang una mong isalang sa oven. Para sakto lang.

      Thank you for the recipe!!! Masarap sya! Can you also give any tips, ksii yung naging concern ko lang sa pagbake nito is yung ilalim mejo burnt😥, pero di naman sya ganun nakaapekto sa lasa. I even lower down yung temperature nung half way ng minutes kasi feeling ko masusunog sya. Super dikit nga din nya sa parchment na ang hirap nyang alisin.

      Good to hear! Anong oven gamit mo? Convection oven ba? Yung parchment ba gamit mo o wax paper? Kasi magkaiba yun. Mabilis masunog pag wax paper gamit.

      Conventional po(electric oven). Parchment paper lang po talaga ang nilagay ko.. actually, dahil naubusan ako nung isang klase ang ginamit ko yung parchment paper na nabibili sa nbs. Hehehe
      Pano po kaya yun? Wala pong naging problem sa mixture lalona't sinunuod ko po yung recipe nyo, it's just that mejo sunog ilalim🙁

      Masyado bang dikit sa ilalim na heat ng oven? lower mo yung heat ng 180⁰C all through out baking.

      Nagme melt pa rin kahit chocolate chips
