Tried it last night. It was so good! Everyone loved it. It's soft and chewy. 1 tbsp scoop doubles the size when baked. Naging 2 inches sya. Overall I made 44 dough balls. I put the rest in a ziplock and put it in the freezer para I can just bake it anytime. Sulit ang recipe na to 😊
tried this one using oven toaster. just had to adjust the time to 3 to 5 mins. masarap sya. mejo sobrang tamis lang but this is one of the best recipes i tried.😊
Hi guys! I tried it and sobrang legit ng recipe na to! Masarap at hindi sya sobrang matamis. Totoo na moist and chewy. I tried a lot of recipe that promise “moist and chewy” daw pero this recipe is PERFECT! Hindi runny yung mixture ko so binalot ko sya sa cling wrap and 1hr ko lang sya nilagay sa freezer. *wala akong coffee so yung 3 in 1 ginamit ko :)

hi! First time I tried this, it came out really fudgy and chewy, but the second time and the third time i made this, the texture became really cakey. What could be the problem?
Hi, maybe it's the ingredients or the temperature. Make sure to bake it for exactly 10-12 minutes depending on the size of your scooper. It may look like it's under baked but it's not. So, be sure to remove it from the oven and let it cool on room temp completely.

Just freeze it with a cling wrapper and put into a zip lock bag. It will last for a month or two. 🙂 In my case po, nag last ang crinkles ko ng 2 days sa ref kasi hindi po talaga tumatagal sa mga anak ko haha. 5 days po ang shelf life ng crinkles. 😊

Yes po, habang nakasalang ang first batch ay ilagay niyo po muna uli ang dough sa loob ng freezer. Yes po para mas maganda po ang cracks at outcome ng inyong crinkles. Base po sa aking experience. 🙂
Kusina ni Inday may 3 layers po yung oven ko but i only use yung middle. So everytime isang salang lang. pwede ko po ba pagsabayin lahat ng layers or middle lng talaga for even cooking? Tia

You overmixed it po and dapat exact ang measurement ng flour. Once well-incorporated ang lahat ng ingredients. Stop and cover with cling wrap na po. 🙂

I advise to use quality cocoa like bensdorp, jb15, hershey's and dutche to get the best result. 🙂

Hello! You can use it, but it might make your crinkles a little crumbly since it doesn't give as much structure as the all-purpose flour. 🙂

Yes po, habang nakasalang ang first batch ay ilagay niyo po muna uli ang dough sa loob ng freezer. Yes po para mas maganda po ang cracks at outcome ng inyong crinkles. Base po sa aking experience. 🙂
Kusina ni Inday may 3 layers po yung oven ko but i only use yung middle. So everytime isang salang lang. pwede ko po ba pagsabayin lahat ng layers or middle lng talaga for even cooking? Tia

No po, galing po sa freezer or chiller need niyo ng i-roll at i-bake right away. Mas magiging moist po kasi pag may kasamang brown sugar. 🙂
