    congrats... it’s 11.6 👏👏👏 looks so good and yummmyyyy!!! talagang nakaka enganyo ka, I’m so inspired. lam mo ba almost every other day nag bebake ako because of you’re encouragement , ‘wag hihnto sa pag bake.” just yesterday I baked pandesal using you’re recipe talagang hindi ko sya hinintuan hanggang hindi ko nakuha yung tamang result. and know what? I made it ubos agad, hahahaha ang sarap da feeling for the first time naka bake ako ng ganun ka soft and fluffy . so I baked another set today and wow!!! thank you, thank you, thank you!!! so tomorrow, is another inspiring day for me . Imagine I’m 68 yrs. old nawala na gana ko mag bake, but than you awaken my passion for baking and what more mas na improved pa. 🙏🙏🙏 I will try your ensaymada tomorrow .

      Mai Goodness its ok kahit wala ng “po” i feel more comfortable your my mentor what’s important is nagbalik ang sigla ko sa baking. hindi naman talaga ko Baker nanunuod lang ako sa you tube tapos ginagaya kasi wala ko magawa dahil retired na ko. pero di ko ma meet yung satisfaction sa gawa ko so tinamad na ko. but then, when i’ve been watching your videos parang may magic (though I don’t believe in magic

      @@leduvinacastelo2237 you inspired me as well! Naranasan ko yan, tinamad ako dahil palaging matigas tinapay na gawa ko. Laging di ko mapa alsa. Pero nagpahinga lang ako then balik ulit hanggang finally super saya ko ng makaluto ng maayos na. I gain my confidence back sa pag gawa ng tinapay at nagtuloy tuloy na.     Hi! Mai, successful! Gumawa ako ngayon ng empanada ang Lambor at ang sarap! Maski walang topping na cheese okay siya with just the glaze. Nagdagdag ako ng 1/4 cup na APF dahil yong mixture ko ay sobrang lambot, I can't knead it, then it became okay. Nagustuhan ng family ko ang sarap daw! Once again thank you so much! God bless you.❤️

      @@MaiGoodnesshonestly po nitong lockdown lang po akong nagtry magbake ang dami ko na din pong channel na pinaggayahan and I'm so thankful po because of your channel po natutu ako ng proper baking...naalala ko yung first time ko gumawa ng pandesal naiyak pa ako kasi ang tigas po kahit mainit pa sya. Di man sabihin ni hubby and ng 2kids ko pero Alam ko na hindi sya OK kasi pinilit lang nila ubusin yung tag isang kinuha nila. 😂😂😂 thank you po ulit..💓

Nagpahinga lang tapos try ulit, kasi di ba nakaka depressed pag di mo alam anong mali sa gawa mo. Kaya yun ang mga tinuturo ko, yung mga dapat iwasan kasi hindi lahat ng vlogger sasabihin sayo yan.     I just tried your recipe today and followed your step by step instructions and tips and it came out perfect. I used a good butter and premium cheese for my topping. Everyone in our household enjoyed the Ensaymada I made.

    Congrats Ms. Mai. your followers are getting bigger...lagi na ako nanonood ng vlog mo and i tried your ensaymada, ang OMG mas malambot pa yang recipe mo compare dun sa recipe na una kong ginawa na madaming yolk at butter... and take note malambot pa din sya after 4 days.. promise! 👌😀 ask ko na din sana kung pwede half oil half butter yung sukat ng oil? thank you and more power..😊

    I tried your recipe today. It tasted really good and so soft. The only thing though is that it did not rise high like yours, don't know what I did wrong. Hehehe

      You have to extend the 2nd proofing, you always have to rely on the rise of the dough before baking it and not the amount of time coz it varies depending on the temperature on your kitchen at the time of proofing.

      I have pandesql recipe and during mixing and kneading, you can use your mixer. Just like how I did it here. Mix the dough for 7 to 10 minutes.

    Npksarap pnoorin ang vlog mo detalyado at mlinaw,ask ko lng kng pwd sunflower oil or corn oil. Watching here in kuwait. God bless

      Pag sa room temperature it would take 5 to 7 days. Pag ni ref you need to reheat sa oven toaster bago kainin. Use canola oil para hindi tumigas pag ni ref.

      Puede active dry yeast, ipa bloom mo muna ng 10 minutes sa warm milk bago ihalo sa flour. Kailangan bumula ng madami

      Check mo yung bonete bread na video ko, I use autolyse method don. Puede mo ring gamitin yun to make ensaymada, tangalin mo lang yung yellow food color.

      Pag Double the recipe kaya pang masahin by hand, unless my malaking mixer puede maramihan. Kaya pag wala mixer batches ang gagawin

    Mai, what recipe is it where you show how to make adjustments of flour because my dough was very sticky even though I followed everything in your ingredients in this recipe, even the number of minutes in the mixer I followed , too. Thank you for sharing & God bless you.🙏🏼♥️.

      Just add 1/4 cup of flour if very sticky. It is the ube loaf bread. Watch it as well. Thanks.

    If i am using active dry yeast how will i know if ican add the dry ingredients or can i mix it to the batter just like INSTANT dry yeast?

      You have to activate the yeast first, mix it with the lukewarm water and sugar I have on the recipe and let it sit for 10 mins first until it bubbles before mixing to the rest of the ingredients
