Galing naman, na miss ko rin ube cheese pandesal at nakahanap na ako ube haleya ulit, dati wala ako mabilhan.. Meron ka na naman mamasahing bago. Hehehe
Hello po Question can I make the dough the day before and put in the fridge overnight for the first proofing roll, fill with yema then bake the next day? If so do I make the second proofing for shorter amount of time?
If you want to make an overnight proofing bread, check out the procedure of my ube cheese pandesal overnight proofing as it has different procedure and measurement of yeast. You can use this procedure on all types of bread you are making.

Triny ko po magbake ng 2 layers, sa top and bottom rack ko po nilagay tapos Upper+Lower+Convection po mode ko. Ang kinalabasan, yung nasa top rack brownish po yung top niya tapos yung nasa bottom rack brownish po yung bottom pero mejo hilaw yung top ng bread. 😂 bago lang po kase ako sa baking
Ganito na lang gawin mo, isang tray lang dapat at sa middle mo ilagay. Bottom heat lang. Just like a normal oven. Kasi dapat talaga sa ilalim manggaling ang heat pag nagbe bake. Tapos 150⁰C lang. Lower sya ng 30⁰C than my recommended temperature settings on my recipe, malakas kasi ang convection oven. Safe iturn around ang baking sheet kahit naka on..walang problema..

Hi Mam! Sinusundan po namin tong recipe mo. 2cups apf and 2 cups bread flour. Kaso bakit po kaya naging ganon, parang basag po yung pag knead ko. Hndi po siya soft. We tried po irest ng 10mns pero ganon padin po. Ngayon nag try po kami takpan ulit for another 10mns.
Ibig sabihin dry, ilagay mo sa mixing bowl at lagyan mo ng 2 tbsp of milk. Tapos mix mo ulit hanggang mag incorporate ang milk sa dough. Messy lang pero tiisin mo lang.

Kung walang pressure cooker, ilaga mo lang sa tubig, parang naglalaga ng eggs pero mga 2 hrs sa mahinang apoy. Lubog ang lata. Thanks
