There are a lot of device insurance companies in Nigeria ooo. And Device insurance is getting increasingly popular... so try to insure your stuff if you really want to. For the pricing of Nigerian properties... I think you need to speak for Lagos only. There are far better value in other Nigerian cities. Some Lagosians have also argued (from your comment sections) that those your Lagos properties are overpriced compared to the average Lagos price too... so I dunno. But generally, I think Lagos properties in particular are grossly overpriced, in comparison to other cities in Nigeria. Great video as usual!

So my watching this video is that I'll call a serendipitous one.
So a couple of days ago, I decided to watch Dimma Umeh's video on her minimalist apartment in Lagos. Good Videogeaphy and fab content.
She mentioned the videographer. But for some reasons unbeknownst, I forgot to search for the vendors she used (the videography inclusive)
Then yesterday, I got literally engaged in Drew Binsky videos ...then his Lagos visit.
So today, I was like damn! I haven't checked out the vendors for Dimma Umeh's minimalist home deco. I clicked on the like for the videographer which brought me here.
Next thing I was shooook. 😂. I was like - isn't it this guy I saw with Drew Binsky in his Lagos visit video?
