    The main topic calves was very very helpful in itself but aside from that, the way you put emphasis on the last reps that actually matter made me really understand the key point in muscle building that is, you should make the most out of your last reps which are the ones that actually matter and are the main cause of muscle gain. The rest of the early reps just lead you to those last reps. It's just a little shift in perspective, but it just changes the game!
    Its a very simple yet very powerful tip! This should be taught to every beginner so that they don't waste their time and significantly progress in muscle gaining.

    yes sir u r right koi bhi muscle regular train karne se strong nhi hoti it takes some time to recover like forearms, calves they have very deep muscle fibre and if u train them more than there pump is gone and they look small

    Hi Gaurav, your content is great like always, but while watching a newer video you posted around DTP, this information seems contradictory, just need to understand, what will help grow the calf size, less volume with heavy weights or the 50, 40, 30, 20 & 10 routine as per DTP, thanks.     Calves are purely genetic and the limiting factor is the distribution of androgen receptors between the upper and lower body which is entirely based on the genetic makeup. Calves can see some growth with more frequency but never a match with the genetically blessed ones. Everything about calf training in this video is contradicting to science.

      Exactly man , i trained so hard i got good upper leg (whatever they call ) i work on them that every time when i do leg exercises the pain lasts for atlest 3 days , even though i work out regularly
      But my calves 😭😭
      They dont grow neither the shin bones 😐
      Dont know what to do .they r like wrists
