It has really helped me to make that mind-muscle connection stronger, and eventually i can get a lot more out of my workouts! Should also avoid flat bench dumble flies for chest, results get only 20 to 30 percent by doing it.... For getting results above 70 to 80 percent or more, do theDumble press, it is more effective than it... And Results are depnd upon the right way and motion of doing excercise...... isn't ??
