have you tried using the pivot in "guide"mode to ascend, then swapped to "normal" ATC mode to rappel? in "guide mode" the rope locks on itself as your climbing removing the need for your schwabisch as your ascending. The autoblock or desired hitch would still be used for the rappel. Awesome job on pushing a method other than an ABBD AND doing so safely.

Lol. If you want her to not bump your one stick you need to make sure you are in the high side with it. You could always reset it when you get to height before she climbs.

add a pulley to that handasender instead of a biner. Its much easier . Also have the length of foot strap set from hand sender highest hight to knee before starting. Also get a grigri 2. lol Ill stop now.
