    Eto a, tips ko para motivated kayo mag exercise palagi, mag save kayo ng picture ng taong talagang kinaiinsecuran nyo yung tipong naikokompara mo sarili mo sa kanya, tapos pag tinatamad ka tignan mo picture nya tas auto na agad na maiisip mo na sana ganyan kadin , sana katulad ka nya kapayt yung ganyan ba gawin nyong motivation ang insecurity para hindi tamarin tas iisipin nyo kung hihilata lang kayo jan wala kayong mararating hindi nyo masusuot ang mga damit na gusto nyo. Yun lang yun guys gwain nyong motivation ang insecurities nyo.

    Sa una lang naman mahirap yan pero kung gusto mo talagang magpapayat at determinado ka magagawa mo. April last year 84kg ako, now 50kg na lang.😊KAYA NIYO YAN!

Ngayon po hindi na ako nagkakanin ilang buwan na, ang pinalit ko po dun ay kamote or anything na pwede mo pong ipalit sa kanin pero wag niyo pong bibiglain ang pagbabawas ng pagkain baka kasi mabigla kayo dapat paunti unti lang ang bawas ng kain. Hal. ngayon week ginawa niyong 1 cup rice pag nasanay na kayo dun gawin niyo ng 1/2 rice pag nasanay na ulit bawasan mo na ulit. Ganun lang po ang ginawa pero ang mahalaga po dyan ay exercise hahaha ayun lang po😊

    Kung gusto mo talaga kakayanin mo nag start ako mag papayat last year july, 12 2018 70kg ngayon july 4, 2019 48 kg nalang 🤗🤗🤗 and superrr happy nako ngayon sa katawan ko ❤️

      bluer danblue iwas sa sweets puro tubig lang, di ako nag jujuice, or softdrink tubig lang talaga di nako nag kakanin 11months na puro ulam lang ako hehe. Exercise din minsan tsaka wag masyadong mag crave 😬

    Skin b4 ang hilig kung mag jog but nung katgalan na natatamad na ako kasi ang dmi konang gnagwa tlga at napapagud na ako, so sa sobrng atat ko na pumayat ng mabilisan, nag seacrh ako kung ano bang way ang mabilis na pagpayat, so yun nga n2lasan ko itong med na tlgang mbilis kng papayat guys! syempre chenek kmuna kung ano ba side effect nto, at ok naman sya..then nkta korin na proven tlga sknila sa ilang months lang, then nlagay dn yung prodct sa wall nung gumamt at kung san ba pwedng mka kuha ntong prodct nato.,so yun nga nag try ako, and im happy ksi tlgang effctive sya with in 2 months pumayat na ako and im so happy for wht i am now ksi lahat ng mga dmit ko subrng kasya na...👍👏👏😍😍

    Hello! Ako from 63 to 53 kg. Exercise kayo guys. And healthy diet. Mahirap makuha yung toned look if diet lang. Medyo lalaylay balat ng walang exercise esp if galing ka sa malaking malaki na katawan.

    Mahirap talaga magpapayat. From 82kg down to 70kg na ako. Since tamad akong magwork out, nag iintermittent fasting nalang ako. And it works! 😊

      Wag k Mag Fasting.. Yung Laman mo Mgiging Taba..Ang Tamang Papayat Cardio Tlga... Let say n Kumakain k ng Tama Tpos Normal ang Timbang mo Eh Cardio mo..Kpag Nag Fasting K Tpos Npakain k Din ng Mrami Even a Couple Days Babalik din yan..Ang Pagbabwas Tlga ng Timbang Exercise at Cardio..

      @@Batangss-wr4ym ang exercise is 20% lng sa nkkapagpapayat sa body natin ..80% is what we eat ..maganda din kung mag intermittent fasting ka to give your body to process what you eat .. go low carb high fat less protein then if kaya no sugar or sweets kpag starting ka pa ..ako ng one meal a day lang ako pero never akong gutom pino force ko nalang sarili ko na kuamain talaga ...

    *Dati 65kg ako’ ngayon 45kg nalang pero sometimes nagiging 45-47kg din ako pero di na umaabot sa 50 skl*
    Pero matakaw parin po ko kumain ngayon actually nakaka 5 cups of rice pa koafter ko ma achieve yung 45 tumigil na ko sa pagpapayat

    Kaya natin to dati 90kgs ako ngayon 72kgs nalang ako konting laban nalang ma achieve ko din yung goal ko na 60-65kgs

    The best change started from your self and you have to be aware of your eating habits meaning more healthy food less rice and more veggies. Second make it a habit to do walking, it is simple but effective.

    Ang pinakamahirap na part sa pagpapayat ay ang iconvince ang sarili kaya kailangan mo muna ng araw para mag isip at pag determinado kana at kaya mona magsimula matutuloy tuloy mo nayan 70kg ako last 2months ngayon 55 nalang ang laki na ng difference no. Exercise den dapat hihi

    will power lang din ang pagpapapayat. ako from 57kg to 48kg ngaun. talagang nagpapayat na ko kasi parang mukha lageng manas tapos hiniwalayan pa ko ng jowa ko kaya lalo ko naging determinado na gumanda katawan

      nagintermitent fasting ako tapos wala na kong sugar at unti carbs na lang sa pagkain ko. Ung sugar ung nakakataba napansin ko kasi nung tinanggal ko sugar sa diet ko dun ako nagstart pumayat.

    When I was grade 6 Ang timbang ko is 56 which is obese na sa height ko noon na 5 flat and nung sinabi na Nung teacher namin na obese ako pinagtawanan ako ng mga kaklase ko lagi nila akong binubully Sabi nila "Je baboy kumakain sagmaw" Yung sagmaw is kaning baboy. Pero binalewala ko nalang pam bubully nila hanggang sa nag grade 7 ako at nung grade 8 na ako mas Lalo akong tumaba from 56 to 70 na Lalo pang tumaba, kada Kain ko nakaka 5 cups of rice ako and nasa isip ko nun na katawan ko Naman to Kaya ok Lang na kumain ako NG madami, peronung nag bakasyon na nag start na akong mag diet Kasi sobra na pambubully nila at Yung pambubully na Yun ginawa Kong motivation, discipline Lang talaga pag kakain at dapat 80% sa nutrition 20% sa exercise, from 70 to 53 kilos na ako and nung pasukan na nashock sila Kasi biglang payat ko daw, Kaya wag Kayong mawalan ng pagasa go Lang!!!

    Ahhh this is me, nag stress eating ako kasi lagi akong malungkot and favorite ko kumain ng ibat ibang foods and sinubukan kong magpapayat noon pumayat ako ng onti lang kaso un di kinaya hahahaha and susubukan kong mag papayat pag bakasyon na namin tatry ko mga tips na napapanood ko and sa mga nababasa ko.     Mag 2 months na ko nag didiet. 😂 april 8 ako nag start .
    Bago ako nag diet 93 timbang ko ngayun. Nasa 80 to 81 nalang ako ipupush ko pa to. Hindi ako nag ririce . Ulam lang kinakain ko. Minsan may cheat day. Den . 😅 ang goal ko 70 kilos sana makaya pa . Hahaha . Exercise den ako araw araw. 30 minutes. Sana makaya pa . Huhu gusto ko tlga pumayat.

    To be honest, she's pretty and tall but her looks and other features are not for a beauty queen material. Something is lacking in her. But I believe, she can still improve her looks.

      Pang beauty queen ang tangkad nya pero yung looks medyo hindi gaano but she's beautiful pa rin naman. I don't think na matatanggap sya sa bigger pageants (not in a offensive way) pero very strict sila sa physical appearance pati sa face and may wrinkles na si Pamela but kaya naman matanggal yon

    yes struggle tlgah ang pagpapayat from 72kg to 65kg na ako discipline lng sa food, wala akong work out ksi tamad ako magexercise ayaw ko ung skit skit ng ktawan kya less food nlng ang way ko n effective nmn.

    Me from 75kg to 63kg now and nag 61 na sana ako kaso lam na😂😂😂. Ang ginawa ko tinapay lang sa umaga or kaya boiled egg tas kain akong madami sa lunch. Lahat ng gusto kong kainin kinakain ko na pag lunch😂😂 tas pagdating sa dinner ayon pulubi style tubig tubig nalang at fruits or gulay. Sa lunch lang ako nag rice talaga. Mahirap at disiplina sa sarili kelangan.
