    68 kg ako 3 months ago. Dati iniisip ko pa lang na magdiet at no rice, nalulungkot na ako. Kaya naman lumobo ako ng lumobo. Until 1 day, sobrang nde na ko natuwa sa nakikita ko sa salamin at sa pix. Nag try sko mag herbalife. Since sobrang mahal sya, pinilit ko talaga mag diet at magpapawis para nde masayang un binayad ko. 1 week ko lang natagalan ang no rice. Pero after 1 week, lumiit na un tyan ko ng bahagya. So tinuloy ko na, iwas sa matamis, softdrinks, at tinapay pati pasta. Kung kakain man sobrang bihira at kaunti lang. Sa rice naman, nag halfrice lang ako. Fast forward to this day, 57 kg na lang ako. Kaka inspire lang. Kaya naman pala. Sarili lang natin pumipigil. 😊❤

    The journey really takes time! Tama ka marg. Kaya pasensya talaga kaylangan. Nakakawala talaga ng gana kahit nabawasan kana ng timbang pero hindi parin halata sa katawan :(. Push lang! Happy ako sa achievements mo.

    Sa introduction pa lang nasabi na insecure si Marga even until now (I follow her blog) pero yung comments dto very insensitive, hindi kayo nakakatulong sa mga taong gusto magbago at maging healthy. Kung hindi nyo kayang gawin yung ginagawa nya wag nyo sya i discourage just to feel better about yourself. Marga don't be stress reading insensitive comments I'm so proud and happy for everything you are becoming 💗 you are truly inspirational I love how raw and real you are with sharing your struggles. Everytime na babalik ako sa unhealthy eating habits ko I watch your videos to keep going. Thank you for opening up on national tv, God Bless!

    Great body transformation! Not all people can have discipline and aim for goal for better health, they prefer to eat.

    I'm working out din pinapanood ko yung channel ni Lucy Wyndham-read very effective ang mga work-outs nya hindi na kelangan ng mga mabibigat na equipment. 3 weeks palang ako nag start 2inches na agad nabawas sa waist line ko.

    Mahirap mg pa payat pag wala kng pera pra sa mg healthy food..mahal din ang fruits...one thing din is kung ano b work m..kung ang work m is shifting..then mahirap i manage ng exercise sked at sleeping time

    At the age of 15, effective talaga ang pag eexercise and diet. Just after 3-5 days, pumayat talaga ako.👌🏻

    100days challenge din ako ngaun gamit Low Carbs diet tapos fasting pa 16/8...... 15days 7kg palang pero medjo ok narin hehehe ngaun ko pa nalaman na masarap para pampalit sa normal rice ang cauliflower rice na mas gusto ko pa ang lasa neto kesa brown rice na sobrang tabang hehehehe sana maabot ko ang goal ko na 90kg lang nmn galing sa 109kg...... ayoko rin kasi pumayat ng sobra kasi mag lalawlaw ang skin ko so balak ko yung dati lang yung chubby hehehe na 32 ang bewang ngaun kasi 40 sa taas na 5'8...

      Di na kailangan ng gym day mataba rin ako noon sa bahay lang ako nagensayo dahil wala akong pera pang gym
      At eat healthy lang para maging maganda ang katawan

    Ang hirap po talaga mag diet. Jusme! 71 kilos na talaga ako. Wala talaga ako sa mood mag diet ngayon. Wala talaga akong motivation

    I am mentally prepared but physically not, lol
    Working 13 to 15 hours a day idk kung saan ko pa isisingit mag work out. I swear i really tried to eat less, by the way i am 65kg 5'4H am i obese? Scarry

    187 Lbs. 5"3 height.
    34 inch waistline lang? Parang kalokohan naman yung waistline nya. Then xl yung mga damit nya? Sa dating body measurement nya 2Xl Na yung ganung size.
