Hello Polly and Cooper! This was a great workout. Man, the coordination exercise (steps w/ arm movements) were tough today! I had to pause and practice and get it going! A real challenge! I got it going, but when I un-paused the video it started the struggle again! Grrr. That’s definitely a move I will be practicing! Thank you for the challenge! Still feeling good and positive at the end!
We'll make sure the coordination exercises feature again in future classes Eric so that you can keep practicing it!! It was indeed a challenge wasn't it?! So good that the positive vibes stayed with you all the way until the end of class!!
Grrrr! Eric-I know what it is like with trying to learn some of the coordination challenges-and truth be told, some days are better than others. Also, keep in mind if a particular arm/leg movement is not your favorite one to do, feel free to modify it and add different arm movements (or legs) that you like better. Overall we are trying to move, move, move and so that is an okay thing to do :)). We are so glad you felt good at the end of the workout!!
